I do like the ability to breath better at night. My wife says it cut my snoring loudness down. The only issue I find with the product is there are no instructions. What are the two different types, which way to insert into nose, which size should I be using?
If your snoring is due to nasal valve collapse (like mine is,) then this is the solution. I do not know how anyone could say they are too hard, too soft, etc, the KIT COMES WITH ALL SIZES AND DIFFERENT MATERIALS. Come on people, baby bear's porridge. At least one in the kit will fit you. When it does, you will feel 1000 percent better. I know I did. It keeps the nostrils open during sleep, and even during they day while working out.
At first I was a bit skeptical but after trying it I am amazed. I slept really good for the first time in a long time. I use a mouthpiece to help keep me from snoring but the wife says I still snore at times and loud. This is my first week with these nose pieces and I am working night shift and sleeping alone so I can't verify if I am snoring or not but I slept great. Felt like a new man. I will update this review in a week once I get to spend a couple of nights with the wife to get her take on it.
I tried everything under the sun, sprays, decongestants etc. I would still pair them with this however my internal valve has apparently collapsed. I didn't even realize what these were until I started googling everything to help me in the mean time before another surgery. The medium squiggly ones appear to work the best, I placed them as far back and airflow instantly started up. Nighttime is terrible for some reason and when the nasal cycle goes one side shuts off then alternates. When it came time for my internal valve side to take over breathing it was HELL on earth. Dried out/mucus/blood etc since it can't drain properly.
I put these in and got a decent night sleep, muted loud breathing has been suppressed. Makes me feel somewhat normal again and possibly get some good rest. They stretch my nose out a bit and noticed the effects hours into the morning after taken out......I'd say they helped with 60-70% of my breathing issues (this is after two surgeries). Not sure it will help with mucus build up etc...but if you have some sort of valve collapse or need more airflow it certainly works.

I like that it has several different sizes so you get the correct fit and they're reusable as well. I had my doubts but they actually DO work!
I have worn this product for the past three days and am very happy with the results. I always feel like I cannot get enough air through my nose at night and this totally solved the problem! Reduced my snoring significantly too.
I bought these for a trip where I was going to be sleeping in a room with a few people and was worried that I'd keep them up or worse... that they'd wake me up lol. All of my bunk mates are happy to report the these worked!!! The solid ones are much softer and more comfortable. The ringed ones are too hard and I didn't want to wear them. So glad they worked!
I wasn’t expecting to be so pleased with this. I have bought other brands before and it felt like I was trying to breath through....oh I don’t know what. The obstruction was much worse I am very happy with these! In fact I am ordering another box right now. Seriously! I highly recommend them I don’t know what else to say.
This product does the trick. I was skeptical at first based on some of the reviews but still decided to give it a try. That was a great decision! It took me a week to get used to sleeping with them in. I initially preferred the softer ones but gave the firmer ones a shot as well. They both yielded the same results so I use them interchangeably throughout the week. I was a heavy snorer which prevented me from going into a longer deep sleep (fitness/sleep tracker). I even recorded myself, one night with them in and one night without them in, and not even the faintest snore came out with them in. I did notice that that my throat is a bit dry in the morning but after a quick sip of water it’s good. Everyone in my household appreciates this small “investment” including me!
