I had an ankle reconstruction because it was crushed in a car accident and my physical therapists have been on me to ice it due to severe swelling. I have been trying with a regular rectangular sized ice pack and I was having to hold it on several different spots which was pretty frustrating. This is so much easier! I put the gel packs in the wrap as soon as I got it I threw it all in the freezer. After PT is when the pain is the worst so I just strapped this on over my cast liner sock and it hits almost all spots I need it. If it were slightly bigger it would be perfect because I am swollen from toes to mid-calf but the wrap iced 85% of what I need it to.
I bought two of these for my boyfriends knee due to having Acl surgery. Tip: Best to shape these before freezing that way it conforms better to the leg without having to bend it into shape after. (Use the straps to hold in place)
They work great.

This is awesome as an ice pack. I have a torn meniscus and I can't wait to get home and put this on. It's the right size to go around a knee and you can walk a little without it falling off. The velcro is very sturdy and the whole pack is well made. It also seems to get colder than others so it lasts longer. I'm sure I'll find more uses for it later, but it's getting a workout for the knee now.
Works well. Bought it for my husband who had total knee replacement surgery. It covers his knee and above and below and wraps around the sides of his leg.
really like this ice packs , i like to go to gym everyday and it helps me reduce my pain. otherwise, this knee ice packs reusable, which i don;t have to waste my money to buy an new one.

Directions
Cold Therapy
1. Keep the gel pack in the freezer flat for at least 2 hours
2. Wrap the frozen ice pack in wrap. Be care for making it against your skin directly.
3. Apply the ice pack to the affected areas for about 20 minutes a time. 2 hours interval for next therapy
Heat Therapy
In Hot Water
1. Boil a pot of water
2. Take the pot off the heat
3. Immerse the gel pack in hot water for 10 minutes
4. Wrap the hot pack in wrap
5. Apply to the affected area
In Microwave
1. Place the gel pack in the microwave flat, making sure the gel is evenly distributed
2. Microwave the gel pack for a period of 45 seconds at medium setting alterantely on different side, check for desired temperature
3. Wrap it and apply to the affected area
Not perfect, but the best that I have found.
You are not going to walk around with it wrapped on your knee, but it wraps tight and delivers cold evenly.
It works fine, but very large for a child.
Works well. I like that it has the strap to keep it in place on my forehead. The wrap material is not the greatest quality but it should last a long time with care.
So glad I found this. Works great. Wonderful relief .
Fabric is thick & stiching is strong.. it’s perfect for the knees
