I like how warm it gets as its warmer than the Cardinal Health instant hot packs (in my opinion). I use them to help massage and trigger my "let down" during my breast pump sessions and it helps out a lot. Also good for pain relief - the covers that come with it are truly handy since these hot packs really do get hot!
