I was skeptical of all of the reviews on this product as they were all similar and seemed fake. I gave it a shot anyway and ordered the knee wrap and was pleasantly surprised. It works great and heats extremely fast. On high, it will be burn your skin off hot in about 1 minute. It wraps well around the knee/leg and stays put. The power cord is long enough to reach the wall while I'm sitting in my chair and can remain seated comfortably. If you have knee pain or the need for heat on the knee area, I highly recommend this one.
I was incredibly surprise at the amount of heat that is applied to my shoulder using this heating pad. I could even take off the velcroed support and use it on my lower back. I would recommend this to everyone
The pros:
Heats quickly
3 heat settings are quite different so very controllable
Velcro straps are adjustable
Velcro is soft and not super itchy
The cons:
Minus 1 star as the plug is pretty annoying. It wont stay connected and the least little movement disconnects it. I added a velcro cable tie to it and velcroed the plug to the sleeve. It still disconnects if I forget its plugged in and get up, but no longer disconnects if I breathe wrong! Also the transformer in the middle of the cable makes the plug very heavily and encourages it to disconnect.
Overall, it is what I needed to help my shoulder heal, just wish the plug worked better.
Perfect for the shoulder, a pain in the ass to put on
I've been having shoulders for over a year. Just recently I started using a heating pad but it kept sliding off and although it provided relief I was unable to sit at a desk and work. After some research I found this on Amazon. Just got it today and was able to use it within minutes. Followed the instructions and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for making this product.

This package arrived extremely quick and was really well packaged. The product works very well and even though I picked up the shoulder option and was able to be used on any part of my body. The great thing about this product is that it heats up very quick and is able to cover much larger areas. The only downside is that it dies only allow me to be using this product for about 15 minutes safely.
My femur is riding on my tibia and, as you'd expect, it hurts! The muscles above my knee hurts all the time trying to keep my knee cap and knee stable, even with high tech knee braces. I bought this out of desperation and I can tell you that I found HEAVEN! I put that sucker on, watch TV after gardening or just an average day and the heat instantly makes me feel more relaxed! I would love to be able to walk around, but to tell you the truth, it's probably better that I am stuck sitting down for a bit of healing time. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!

I have torn rotator cuffs , and NO wraps or heating pads work . This wrap fits around the shoulder perfect , and adjustable , heat is fantastic .

Love it! Comes in a zipped bag for easy storage. Easy to use. Plug in outlet ,adaptor plugs on brace, voila! The red is pretty hot, so be careful.
One of the best things I ever got. If you thing others are not hot enough, this is HOT! The only thing I wish it to be is wireless so I can go elsewhere with it, but still a 5 stars no doubt.
