I ordered this product because I will be having back surgery at the end of the month and a clay style ice pack is what was recommended to me from my DR. I have already been using this multiple times a day and will continue to do so. I plan on ordering another because the wife and I fight over who gets it next. It is perfect size for my back I'm a 5'10" Male around 200#. It doesn't take long for this to get cold and be ready to go again. The other major plus is that it is stays very flexible which when you already have a sore back or need it to form to you is great. Again Thanks for the great products and will be doing more business in the future
Love that is is large! Is a lot heavier than I expected (my own fault for not thinking) which actually helps hold it in place better. Hold cold really well. I only use the fridge instead of the freezer. I have not tried it hot, and probably will not as I feel there is a great potential for it to Become too hot/ hood heat too long and burn me. Overall great product
This was super cold for a LONG time - longer than the skin could handle, even with a towel between it. Also still flexible at any temperature and conforms to all sorts of body shapes, sizes and parts. Recommending this to everyone!!!
I needed a large cold pack and the size of this was perfect. Other professional packs require freezing flat but it’s tough to do this with a 21” pack. The FOMI pack is divided into 3 sections so you can fold it making freezing much easier. Used it A few days ago after a run and it worked perfectly. Great customer service!
This is the best ice pack for icing large areas. My physical therapist recommended it to me after I had knee surgery. It's a life saver. It is large enough to wrap around my knee and provide good good coverage. I also love that that I can mold into place. Highly recommend!

I use the large clay ice pack on my shoulder for post-surgery cold therapy. It is working very well. It is flexible enough to conform to my shoulder during therapy and easily maintains the cold temperature throughout the therapy sessions. I am very happy with this clay-based ice pack.
I first saw these at the physical therapy department of my doctors office which they used on my husband after therapy. It has a good weight to it, not too heavy and it stays very cold and pliable for a a good 30-40 minutes during use.
These are great! I bought two from a different brand that I can't remember the name of right now, but they very noticeably don't have as much clay inside as these do. These are really thick with the clay and stay frozen without thawing out too quickly. Very easy to put in the freezer because it folds into 3 parts. I've had them now for more than 3 months and the quality has not broken down. I'm very satisfied.
Works good. I microwave it for at least one and one- half minutes on each side for a total of three minutes. For me, I wish it got warmer, but don't want to stress the vinyl. The weight helps it transform to the body.
My husband loves this for his lower back. It’s big and stays cold and molds to his body unlike other ice packs. I highly recommend this ice pack!!! We love it so much we bought a second one!!
