I use this for a variety of items and reasons. Keep all around the house. Being in a wheelchair they are handy by keeping things together for me. Nothing worse than dropping my items from kitchen to living room. Ie snacks writing materials and many other things That I “transport” around the house. I use gallon size of course for larger. My snacks consisting of grapes and cheese sticks fit perfectly in quart size. Can’t be without these bags. My arthritic fingers work best with zipper closure. Press and seal types are very difficult especially open. Again can’t be without. I give it a Five Star
I bought a box recently and split them with my son who resides in his apartment. These Hefty bags are tough and close easily and well. My son likes them because he freezes small portions. Last week he used them to store several bottles of liquids (shampoo, liquid soap, mouthwash), along with hand gel and toothpaste, for carry on for a trip by plane. He had the products pushing against the sides and top, but the bag held. He carried a few extra freezer bags just in case, but did not need them. Can't say enough about these strong freezer bags!
we use these in quart and gallon sizes. easier to use only freezer bags for anything and everything. Food stays much fresher and means only having 2 bags in the drawer instead of 5. This price makes it easy to afford for any use from tools to food. I LOVE the zipper. Finaly a bag I can get open with my old fingers.
After buying first zip lock, then glad and having all the seals breakdown in the freezer and food spoil, I am thrilled with the hefty seal. I will NEVER buy those other brands again. If you freeze surplus from your garden, these are excellent!!!!!!

They do live up to the chill factor hype. Also appear to be thicker than the larger regular gallon size bags.

Great deal on freezer bags from Amazon. I love zipper close on these bags because I always have trouble with those cheaper bags trying to seal them. Plus the zipper gives a stronger seal.
For my usage there were just way too many bags, I am not sure what I am going to do with them all. The only reason I bought them was because I needed quart size bags for airplane travel for carry-on liquids. But I did not need 140 of them. But that is ok. Hope they can last 10 years.
Good quality bags with decent sealing mechanism.
There are times when I want a real zipper closure on a plastic bag, and these fill that need. The freezer bags as made of a heavier, sturdy plastic and they hold up well to being "stuffed", without tearing. Great for organizing toiletries when keeping the original box no longer makes sense. Adding a few things such as this (or paper products) to complete my Prime Pantry box helps keep it to a weight down to something I can handle.
