I really like this. I am a fan of aromatherapy & find the scent very soothing.. important if in your pain lol! I broke my neck&have a bulging disc as well as herniated disc from being struck by a drunkdriver's vehicle while I was walking. As a result I have had migraine that simply kill. The temple&eye socket nerve pain ache&throb. This wrap is do incredibly soft&the fact it can be heated OR made cold by freezing is awesome. I usually can't get relief fast enough buy this helps. It is filled with a decent amount of filling which is important to me-&even tho at 1st opening I had to manipulate some of the filling inside to even out the dispursement of it so it wasn't too compacted in some parts versus sparse in others- which I believe simply happens from shipping & handling but is easily fixed by using your fingers to massage&move some of the inner beads around to where it you want it to go, as per your preference of course. I used it lying down &found it worked like that too as well as using sitting! Just be sure to replace it in SEALED BAG like 2 Gallon Ziplock! They recommend how to care for it so definitely read the instructions. I was able to fit both eye pillow&wrap in a 2 Gallon Ziplock & after removing it again the scent was thankfully still there going strong! It comes with a nice 2 month warranty which you can extend up to 4months by simply adding additional reviews on other sites so I would do that in my opinion cuz why not?! I absolutely recommend this. I find it so incredibly nice to wrap on after a day out to help cool me off once it's been chilled- it plain while relaxing on the couch watching shows lol- or heated when you want to get the blood pumping to those sore or tight muscles! I found my heaven!! I suffer from chronic neck & shoulder pain, & was hopeful this would help. It is WONDERFUL! Just the right amount of moist heat, portable so I can take it with me (there are microwaves everywhere). The scent is just a tiny bit strong for me since I also have chronic sinus issues, but not enough to keep me from using it, for sure! Would highly recommend!

I use this wrap in the mornings to help with stiffness and soreness in my shoulders and the back of my neck from arthritis. It covers well, the material is soft and comfortable, it's a little heavy--which feels nice--and the scent is light and not overpowering. It heats quickly in a microwave and retains the heat for about 15 minutes. It's also of good quality and looks like it will last for a long time. I highly recommend it! The only possible issue is the size; I am medium build and not very wide across the shoulders and it fits me nicely, so might not work as well for someone of larger build.

I wish they sold candles or room fresheners that smelled exactly like this heating pack! I normally cannot stand the way these kinds of products smell, usually musty or medicinal, but this one has such a delicate, subtle fragrance, almost like a bedtime herbal tea but better. Sometimes I like to cuddle with it even when my neck isn’t acting up, just to relax with the aroma.
This wrap is unbelievable! My neck and shoulders get tense and knotted up like crazy from using a computer every day, and the PhysioCare neck wrap does an incredible job of loosening up the muscles and making my whole body feel better. Even my headaches have improved! It just needs two minutes in the microwave, and then I can wrap my neck and shoulders in warmth. I really liked the size of the wrap it fits my shoulders and neck nicely. It would have been nicer to have just a bit more filling in it because it was a little thin in spots, which is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars. I am disappointed that it doesn't keep it's heat for more than about 10 minutes, and after five minutes it is just warm instead of hot like when it started, but reheating it takes care of that. I would still recommend this brand though because the concept of the neck, upper back, and shoulder heated wrap is genius! I have been coming home from work every day and immediately putting this wrap on my shoulders back and neck and it is so relaxing after a long day!
I’ve had upper back pain for a while. My back stiffens up after sitting in the same position for a while I.e after a long day at my desk. Since purchasing this product I’ve gotten a lot of relief. This neck and shoulder wrap is wonderful! I heated it in the microwave, and then wrapped it around my shoulders. It has some weight to it, which is quite soothing. It smells wonderful, especially after it's microwaved. Nice and lavendar-y. My neck and shoulders have been feeling so sore, from sitting at my desk all day, and this is the perfect cure.
