I must say I was skeptical about a cream helping with the pain of a bone spur in the heel of my foot, but much to my delight and surprise, the cream seems to help ease the pain! I was sceptical about this product at first . But seeing my mother suffering from the very strong pain caused by a growing spur in her heel , I decided to give it a try . Enjoy the relieve it seems to have when used daily. I have spurs in back of my left heel by the achiillies and is very painful to walk.
I am using foot sleeves to control my high arches and a bunion inherited by my Grandmother.
I keep fighting daily to restore my heel, elevating , icing, and trying not to be up & about.
I am mot a sitting type person so my emotions have got the best of me trying to stay still. I would say the Heelspur Cream has helped but felt I needed a back up to keep treating until it is resolved..
Please let me know if there is more I can do to get this problem moving along or at least a time estimate?
It is the first thing I do inthe am before I bandage up my feet and the last thing I do for my feet before I go to sleep. It hasn't cured my PF but it has helped them to start healing and are less painful. The only complaint is the tube is way smaller than I anticipated. It is pretty pricey when you consider the size of the tube.

Hard to say what treatments helped solve the bone spur pain, but now only using this and pain is virtually gone. Not sure Zax's did the trick, but it certainly did not hurt a surprisingly good resolution to what was becoming a very limiting and painful condition.
I am using this cream in combination with arch compression sleeves, and I have finally found relief for seeming relentless plantar fasciitis. This cream is great when applied prior to a long day at work and following a hot bath. I have been searching for something like this for a while, and I am glad I finally found it!
