I can't believe how well this mask works! The dry eye relief is amazing and my eyes are no longer burning and itchy when I wake up; they actually feel damp and look shiny and refreshed. I was reluctant to order this product because of the reviews stating how fragile and easily broken this mask is. I was a bit desperate for dry eye relief so I ordered it despite those comments and I'm so glad I did. Yes, the mask is delicate and lightweight but, as a result, I'm barely aware that I'm wearing a sleep mask and I love that! I'm okay with replacing it as necessary. I'm convinced I'll use this product every night for the rest of my life. Thank you, Eye Eco, for an effective, comfortable and reasonably-priced solution to irritated dry eyes.
These are great, stay on, and reasonably comfy - although they do make me look like a puffy-eyed raccoon in the morning and I have to put lip balm on my cheek where the bottom of the cup hits my cheeks otherwise it irritates my sensitive skin. But they do the trick. I'm a side sleeper and when adjusted right, it stays put and is comfy enough. Not 100% moisture retention (I read somewhere your eye area does need to breathe),but there is condensate on the inside after a night of sleep, and regular eye drops take care of any residual dryness in the morning. However, it would be nice if the nose piece was somehow adjustable - I have narrow set eyes and small nose so it doesn't hug eye sockets as well as it could. Nonetheless, it's the only 'clear' option I have found (I need light to wake up) and I needed something like these because even the thick eye nighttime gels can't keep my eyes moist enough when sleeping in the wintertime/allergy season.
I love these. I have chronic dry eyes and spend my nights waking up putting drops in because of air from a fan dry them out more. (I love my fans at night) I tried so many other types but these are so soft around the eyes. There are no pressure points to these. The best part is, I can open my eyes and see what's going on around me. Very easy to keep clean. I wish I had saved my money on all the others I tried and just bought these because they are worth it.
Does great at the job of keeping air from blowing into the eyes while wearing a C-pap. Very highly recommended.
I have had 3 pairs. I really like them, they keep a better seal for my small face (and a side sleeper) than some other varieties, but they don't last that long. Because they have to be tight in order to work, it puts pressure on the nose piece, which in all cases gave away after 9 - 12 months of daily use, and couldn't be repaired. So I will buy another pair unless something better comes along, but not with the expectation that they will be long-lasting.

I need a sleep mask; which one do I choose?
We offer three different hydrating nighttime shelters for different face structures: eyeseals 4.0, tranquileyes and silicone shields Onyix/Quartz. Our eyeseals 4.0 are made of medical grade thermal plastic and rest over of the orbital bones. We recommend them for nighttime dry eye, lagophthalmos (black), CPAP users with a partial mask (clear), patients with longer eyelashes who want to blink freely and recurrent corneal erosions. Our tranquileyes rest on the orbital bones and have viscoelastic foam and foam inserts that can be soaked in water for increased humidity. We recommend them for nighttime dry eye, lagophthalmos, air travel and recurrent corneal erosions. The smallest ones, Onyix/Quartz are made of silicone and rest inside the orbital bones. They are recommended for nighttime dry eye, lagophthalmos (Onyix), CPAP users with a full mask (Quartz), patients with smaller and narrower faces and air travel.
I have recurrent corneal erosion syndrome and was encouraged to buy these from my Optomotrist. I put 5% saline ointment in my eyes and then wear the silicone Shield. It has made an amazing difference for me!
I've been using these for a few years now and I just can't live without them. I have extremely dry eyes and I sleep face down which makes it worse. My doctor tried several things but nothing worked. He suggested trying these and I was instantly better. Now I can't live without them. I just wish they would last a little longer. The elastic seems to streach too quickly and then the clasps on the sides start failing. I can't remember exactly but I think I might get 6 months to a year out of a pair so that's not unreasonable.
I suffer from Sjogren's and these goggles have been an eye-saver. I sleep with them on and I actually wake-up with noticeable moisture in my eyes—which normally would never happen. My dry eye was so bad before using them, that often, I would have to use eye drops to even open my eyes. Additionally, they are comfortable and the black ones also block out the light.
I also ordered the clear ones in hope that I could occasionally use them while doing household chores, but unfortunately, the goggles are too close to my eyes and my eyelashes hit them if my eyes are open.
Overall though, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and I am sure I will be using these goggles every night for the rest of my life!
I have very dry eyes and nerve damage that does not allow me to close my eyes when I lay down so these are a God send. I love this and it is helping my eyes so much. They are easy and not uncomfortable at all.
This is a great product. I have very dry eyes and recently had LASIK surgery. I can lounge in bed, watch tv and doze off, and I wake up with refreshed eyes. No more irritation from the ceiling fan. I would recommend these for sure. Well worth the cost.
