I got this pill organizer simply to hold a daily multivitamin for each of my two kids, but it can handle a lot more. The vitamin in the photo below is about 3/4 inches, and each daily slot can hold 15 of them and still close properly. The lids snap shut with a click, but I'm not sure I would really trust them to stay shut inside a purse, backpack, or suitcase. Solves my problem with no fuss: now each kid can be responsible for taking their daily vitamin!
I like the evening/morning attached concept but for an elderly person that is not very strong it was difficult for my mother to open each compartment due to the tight fit. It's a double-edged sword...they need to be tight in order to keep them from opening, but if they are too tight with the little tabs they are difficult for someone old to open. Also...may want to rethink the colors. The purple next to the blue is easily confusing for an elderly person with bad We found this out when my mom took a double dose of daily supplements not noticing the color change as much. eyesight. Maybe two complete opposites such as purple and yellow or blue and yellow...just a thought.
This is perfect for supplements that tend to be oversized pills or probably for someone who takes a large number of different meds. The cup covers are well-marked so it's easy to see the day and AM/PM printing on the top, and the cups are lroomy so each one holds large pills as well as quite a few of them. I have had no problem opening mine or keeping it closed once it is snapped shut. I like that each side is a different color too. It works well for me in every way. I really appreciate having everything for each day in one place--so much easier than having to fool around with the four small organizers I used to deal with every day.
Been trying to conceive for a year now, so I've tried every vitamin under the sun. I didn't necessarily need to "organize" my vitamins since I'm not old and confused, but setting them all out at once for a whole week made me more likely to remember to go take them rather than having to open and close a million vitamin bottles twice a day. Plus if you're a Type A personality, these just kind of scratch a weird inner organizational itch.
Clear boxes so easy to see which days I have already taken the meds. Lids snap securely shut but I still put rubber band around the who am/pm sides to prevent an accidental spill. I like so much better than the other boxes I have that I have ordered 2 more so I can setup my pills for 3 weeks to prevent inadvertently running our of meds.

This has been such a fabulous organizer for my supplements. I take quite a few of them and having them split up and not on my counter where my little ones can reach them. The lids on each day stay closed when I open one day and dump it out, and that was an issue I had with other ones. I highly recommend this organizer.
I was looking for a weekly AM/PM case to hold a few prescription medications and supplements. I don't mind that it doesn't come apart. The good: it's convenient and easy to use; the bad: the spaces are barely big enough to hold multiple large pills, which a good portion of supplements (cinnamon, multivitamin, fiber, etc) are, and the ink is already starting to rub off of the words after a couple months without even being washed.
It's strange we used to get the pill organizers free and recently our old one just quit closing. I was so surprised I could not find any free ones. We do really like the MEDca Weekly Pill Organizer as it closed and opens easily. When you get over 70 years old, you need all the help you can!
The VA gave me this and I promptly broke it, I'm glad I was able to find it on Amazon to replace it, works perfect
At first, I thought it was too small in relation to my old one. Upon filling it the first time, I was surprised that all the pills fit, and I'm all for the smaller size.
