The black pouch has slots that you need to wiggle each of the seven pill boxes into. The will go in both ways, but if you put them in the the text up vertically you can only get 5. The box faces with the writing are rectangular.
Each pill box has four compartments label with the Day of the Week and "Morning Breakfast", "Noon Lunch", "Evening Supper", "Night Bedtime".
My preference is to use this product when traveling as the nylon case is double protection to keep the lids closed.
I really loved MedCenter 7 Day Nylon Travel, because It is easier for me to pack all my supplements, Vitamins for one week on it and take with me everywhere I go. I am competitive Bodybuilder and I have to take my vitamins 4 x per day, mentioned morning, afternoon, evening and night. I think MedCenter 7 Day Nylon Travel is really made for me. I am very critic guy, but I didn't find any simple word to criticize. Congrats on this products.

This is the best pill organizer period. It's perfect for travel- you will need to turn your Monday container opening towards the inside or the top compartment can spill out. But that is an easy fix and minimal to the ease and benefit this case provides. If you only need am & pm pills this case can supply your pills for two weeks. Was a life saver on my European vacation!!!
I have a number of daily pills so I was a bit concerned that it might not be big enough but it turned out it was. Some of the pills I take are horse pills, but it accommodated them very well. The construction is good and the snap-closure on the plastic pill boxes is very tight. It was exactly what I was looking for and I was pleased.
As others have already written, this one is well constructed, compact, AND (ta da!) it holds a reasonable supply of large tablets and capsules (e.g., calcium tablets, fish oil capsules), which another brand that I had ordered elsewhere didn't even come close to holding. This one's a definite buy!

This 7-day pill traveler was sturdy and the individual pill receptacles were large enough to accommodate the large number of meds that I take throughout the day. I was so satisfied with the first MedCenter (large size) pill case that I bought that I'm buying another one, my second!
This is great!! I have been using this since I bought. The only problem is that the writing have almost completely rubbed off the the lids.
Did you remember to take your pills? A constant thought going through ones mind if one takes vitamins and/or medications. The Weekly Pill Organizer takes that constant worry from your days. It is also great to sort a weeks supply so that it is not a constant, daily chore. I hope to graduate to the Monthly Pill Organizer soon (have already it in my possession), ready to progress to a full thought- free month. It also reminds you to replenish supplies before you run out.
