I bought one of these at a pharmacy in 2011 and have been looking in pharmacies ever since. I have only used it for cold therapy, but to say it is amazing is an understatement. It conforms to your body which is wonderful. The cover helps you avoid the shock of an ice pack, but it still provides you with cold therapy. I have two and use them weekly.
so much better than using towels to hold on icepaks.
Love these! I have three. One was damaged during shipping but they sent me a new one no questions asked. Love how you can heat and freeze them. The velcro rap makes it easy to keep the pack in place. Also, I use it during hot summer days to cool you neck or head down. Awesome product!!

These are really great and stack flat in the freezer. I use these almost every day for my knees and can be combined for back!
It does its job and easy to use, plus the strap with velcro makes the pad very efficient
