The holder for water filter in our Kitchen Aid coffee maker states Filter item #69164 (which turns out to be useless information). This Water Filter Pod KCM11WF is the one that fits. Coffee tastes so much better now that we have found the right filter!

My coffee maker works properly once again. The water was collecting in the coffee grounds basket to nearly overflowing when I discovered that the water filter holder was removable and the filter was replaceable. Now it works like new again.

Easy to install once I was able to figure out how to get the old one out. No directions since they are a universal filter for many coffee pots.
