I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I have a severe migraine problem and am always looking for better and better cold packs for my head. The elastic band is designed and constructed in such a way that it can comfortably accommodate almost ANY size head without having to be pulled super tight. Both Andre the Giant and a child could use this. Also, one side has a very soft lining that provides just enough insulation, while the other side has no insulation for those who want full cold. The velcro strap allows you to use either side.
My only complaint is that the clay layer is pretty thin. It doesn't stay cold for more than 20 minutes. If the clay layer was as thick or a little thicker than gel ice packs, it would stay cold much longer and this would be the perfect product.
This is great!!! I like it for heat. It stays hot and it’s easy to get it in the perfect position where you need it on your head with the Velcro. It doesn’t stay cold when you freeze it (maybe 5-10 min) but if you are looking for heat therapy, it’s awesome.
Works great for migraine. Love that it's reversible. The clay gets quite hard so it's not as comfortable as gel ice packs, but it does stay cold a few minutes longer. I have one of each so I can rotate them in and out. Love the convenience of the head band. It even works well on back of head/neck too!
My new favorite thing! We have had this for about a month and it gets used so often. Perfect for my migraines but also great when the kids get headaches and it helps avoid medicines. I also used it when my son had the flu to help keep his fever down. So happy I bought this!
Awesome product. I got it for my fiance who often has migraines. She happened to have a head cold the day it came in and heated it up, worked wonders! When frozen though it helps a lot with her migraines as she can just slide it over her head of place it on fully. Great product overall

This is okay, but at first it is too stiff to bend around your head and then it doesn’t stay cold very long.
My wife uses it for headaches and she says it helps to ease the pain she also likes that it looks like a headband so she wears it outdoors
I love this mask! If I have a headache I wear it to bed and it helps relive my symptoms without having to keep taking medication. It is soft and pliable and comfortable to wear.
Love this thig. Great for seizures or migraine!
