Usually im a coffee drinker but this gives me just the right amount of energy to get through a good workout or as a good pick me up on a long day... the only bad thing is the strong taste so i have needed a strong flavored mixer. Crystal light type water flavoring in fruit punch is bearable for me, shaken in shaker cup to mix well.
