Stayed nice and cold for a good bit of time. The snaps in the back are kinda hard and can hit the back of the head/neck. Needs to maybe come a bit smaller and contour the pointed part where it can bend back towards the head or forehead for better contact. The extension I won’t ever need unless I use it on a larger area other than my small sized head. I can’t even see my Mom, who had the BIGGEST head, using the extension strap! But I’m OBSESSED with ice packs so this is a new staple in my migraine Arsenal.
I was gladly surprised that the Arctic Flex Headache Relief Hat arrived in an almost freezing temperature. So I wrapped my head in it immediately, and thus ended my migraine & neck ache. I like that it adjusts to your head size, so it holds on to the head and neck. It's heavier than I expected, but I feel this heaviness comforted my head and helped get rid of the migraine. Glad I bought it.

I’ve had a bad concussion/PCS for several months, so I’ve become somewhat of an expert on this kind of thing, and this one is second or third out of the 10 I’ve tried. It’s easy to use (just throw it in and pull it out of the freezer; no pieces to take out and got back in), and comfortable. I like the very fine velcro; some of my other ice packs stick to my couch or pillows and scuff them up, but this ones easier to use when I’m trying to lay down. I wish it stayed cooler longer, but it’s still a solid product.
This is a migraine lifesaver. It's so soft and comfortable and stays cold a long time. It's a little heavy which is actually comforting when I'm suffering. Feels like you're wearing an ice hat but leaves room for my ponytail. Highly recommend.

This works great, I also will drape it over my shoulders and lean back. If you have a large head I would suggest getting a band that will attach to the snaps or Velcro. The gel is super soft and does not harden like other gel in the freezer. It's great for headache migraine and TMJ pain relief.

I am very happy with the arctic flex headache relief ice pack. First time I used it, it did not feel cold enough. After leaving it in the freezer over night the first time it was great. Also found if I fold each end over it freezes better and fits on my neck better. I use this mostly for my neck. Much better then any other ice pack I used for my neck. Pulse it’s great for my migraines.
Hits all the right spots, stays cool for a good time and is comfortable and keeps you on the go. I don't know how I ever functioned without it!
This thing is a GOD SEND!!! I recently suffered from a concussion and get migraines often as well. This clay ice wrap is one of my essential tools I use! I am also an ER nurse and recommend this product to my patients who suffer from headaches, migraines! Thank you Guys for this amazing product!
