Everyone needs to have several of this kind of pain soothing contraptions on hand. I am 61, and at this age things happen, broke my arm in half and decided to heal it naturally without any rods, pins, plates, yah, it took almost a year but worth it. I purchased this so I can sooth any discomfort or stiffness after working my arm out. Its part of my continued therapy. Sits snug, doesn't slip, i can move around and get other things done while i am icing.
I like the product, it does what it is intended to do, it could be a little bigger to cover more of the back of the shoulder and fit around my arm better, i am not small at 6'2 260 lbs arm band is tight around my upper arm to the point of being uncomfortable.
This shoulder wrap is fine. It's a little awkward to put on properly, especially if you have shoulder pain and try to put it on with the other arm. I took the belt off and just sling it over my shoulder. I like the fact that it came with two cold packs because I can swap them out in the middle of the night.
Not exactly perfect for the shoulder but lasts quite a while because of its construction, I like that it comes with a replacement ice bag.
This is the GREATEST! It works so well on the shoulder but also almost anywhere else. When my ankle and calf began hurting from tennis, this wrapped around it just fine. Insert stays cold for way more than 20 mins and there are 2 inserts. Stays securely in place whereever you wrap it so you can easily walk around and do other things while icing. I've recommended it to everyone I know.

Inexpensive and nicely designed. I was easily able to ice my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. And the double ice packs are a nice touch.
