The douche works good and for those that are saying the nozzle is missing, it is stuck inside the bulb during shipment, so the nozzle is there.

Nice size that would not require refilling too often to maximize desired effect. Please note that the nozzle is conveniently hidden inside the bladder. This is one item I would definitely recommend. Very high quality.
THIS IS MY NEW OBSESSION! One of the medications I take leaves me constipated sometimes for days straight (seriously, sometimes it gets so bad I start to look pregnant!) and this cleans me right out!
The box it comes in could be a little less flimsy and weak, but that isn't much of a concern for me. I just need to find a sanitary way to store it. They aren't kidding when they say "oversized" and "heavy flow". My fiance was interested in trying out an enema for the first time and when I pulled out the part that you insert, he looked intimidated! I've only ever used two disposable enemas before and they never really felt like they really cleaned me out fully. Not only do I not like to be constipated, but I like to have some fun down there so it is a must to be clean and empty!
I tried my first coffee enema with this (LET IT COOL DOWN!!) and the heavy flow felt amazing! The oversized insertion part made me feel confident that it would go deep enough, too. It did not hurt at all to insert, didn't even bother my hemmorhoids! It didn't take long at all for me to feel the urge to empty out and when I did everything cleaned out perfect. There was no mess at all and the product was easy to clean afterwards!
The size of the pump is perfect, you can fit a bunch of liquid in there! Cleaning it is fairly easy and when you're done you can just pop the insertion into the pump for easy storage.
I didn't try it as a vaginal douche because from what I understand vaginal douches can clean out good bacteria, too and lead to infection. That's just a personal health preference for me, nothing against the product.
Overall a must have for anyone constipated, interested in anal play, or anyone who just wants to clean out! Or try a coffee enema for some extra pep in your step ;)
