These gel sheets are a lifesaver. My son absolutely hates medicine - almost every time we try to give him Tylenol or Motrin, he reacts so violently that he throws it back up (mixing it with things like chocolate syrup etc didn't help). The last time he had a fever, these sheets were the only thing I could use. He hated the sheets too, but once I managed to stick them on and distract him, he'd forget about it quickly and would leave it alone. They make him just a little more comfortable and stay on for a long time.
This product works wonders for parents who have to constantly watch a child with a fever that goes up and down. At night, I feel a little better if I fall asleep and she has this on her forehead. It can help the fever, but do not depend on it to solely work on its own without home remedies or Rx. My child was afraid that her hair would get stuck to the gel and hurt when we had to take it off, but it didn't. She knows that she gets to put this on her forehead, legs and arms when she has a fever and is not afraid to have it taken off. Doesn't hurt that she gets to eat ice pops at the same time to cool her body down.
I'm a chronic migraine sufferer, and I've been using these for YEARS! I absolutely CANNOT be without them!! They are truly so, sooooooo helpful during a migraine, or even just a headache. I can take my medicine, lie down, and not worry about holding an ice pack on my head. I've tried other head wraps and such, they may be colder, but this stays cool longer, thus it is almost always the most beneficial for me. I use the fun, adorable child size ones because the ones for adults were too big for my forehead. These are just the right size! And obviously, these are great for when you're sick with a fever!! Love these, recommend them all the time! :)
Update: My son had a fever of 102.9 earlier this evening. We still had hours before we could give any oral meds and we're getting concerned. Within 15 min his fever went down to 102.5 and continued to go down to 102.3. Not only did it keep it down but it helped us make it to the next dosage of oral meds and we were so relieved! Love this product!
We LOVE these and ALWAYS have them around the house for when our son gets a fever. They help bring the fever down in between doses of Tylenol. They also help bring down a high fever a few more degrees. Our house will NEVER be without!
These are amazing! I keep them in my fridge and cut them to size based on the need. I use them for headaches (not migraines which require full on ice packs on my head) because they stay in place while I am sleeping. I also use them for back pain and assorted other pains when I'd like a cool compress but the location is awkward.I have also used them just to keep cool - I put one on the back of my neck when working in the heat. I keep packs at home and at my camper.

When I get a bad headache at my temple, I peel one of these off and put it where it hurts and oh what a difference it makes! I can still walk around and do my thing but my head feels so much better!
They should make a longer version for adults to fit across their whole forehead!
I know they say they're fever strips for kids, but these gel sheets are great for those bangs and bruises in funny spots. We use these to "ice" shin bruises, ankles, wrists, and anywhere else that a traditional ice pack wouldn't conform to. They're self-adhesive and they stick where you put them. They can be cut to fit, they don't fall off when napping or wandering around the house, they don't require an ace bandage or towel to hold them in place, and they don't melt like ice. We like "em!
These things are the best while you're waiting for your migraine meds to kick in. They totally don't last 8 hours. They last like 2 or 3. But so worth it. They smell vaguely of menthol at the start but that fades. You can cut them into smaller pieces which is nice if you have that one vein than is killing you. The kid's size is nice too if you're like me and have a small head. :)
The patches work perfectly! I put them on my son’s legs after vaccines and we have never had any issues with vaccinations. I’ve kept them on for 6 hours and the area was still cold!
These are my go-to when my daughter has a fever. They stick and stay for the night and only become dry at the edges! Even when it starts to dry, it still sticks in the middle! Lasts the whole night. Keeps my daughters fever down very well. Definitely reccomend for parents to have this in their medicine cabinet!!!
