Hands down a ☆☆☆☆☆ product. First off, I received MyCare Heating Pad on time! Secondly, MyCare Heat Pad was pleasent upon opening (appealing packaging.) Thirdly, this heat pad does wonders. This product is the best heat pad available in the market. You can literally use this heat pad anywhere you an ache or pain. This product is versatile, you can use this heat pad on your shoulders, wrap it around your knee, or if it's that time of the month you can place it on your tummy. I got it yesterday and I’ve already used it twice. It can be used both hot and cold and it retains it heat/chill much better then most heating pads I’ve tried in the past. The material is soft and it fits around my (and even my husbands) shoulders so comfortably. It seems to fold up well for easy storage.

Great product as display
Great quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the soft texture of the fabric. The stitching is cotton so it's strong but won't melt like nylon thread would. The size of the ribs are effective. They keep everything evenly distributed so I don't fumble around with moving the inner contents at all. After a few tries, I found the heating time that works best for me. It's wonderful after a long day at work.
