These ice packs are fantastic. They maintain a perfect temperature for the perfect amount of time. They have a soft fabric backing so you can put it directly on your skin without causing burns. You can alternate one on your back and the other in the freezer for nonstop action. Can't ask for anything better at this price.
I really love the size and shape but it doesn’t get as cold or stay as cold as I’d like it to so I dropped to 4 stars. Seems well made and comes with a storage bag to cut down on picking up fridge odor so that’s nice. I use on upper back between scapulas, when laying down I’ll put it where my hips can rest on it or use it on my head when I have a migraine

I use this several times a week on my back. Really like being able to move around while icing it. I do wish it stayed cold a little longer but would absolutely recommend it.
It is a nice size and very comfortable to use! Love the plush side. It does seem to warm up a little quicker than others I've used so I would definitely freeze and not just refrigerate this one. Also like the bag it comes with...just wish it was sized better to fit the product...have to fold a third of it over to fit it in.
