I wish there was no auto-shutoff. I need to keep my shoulder warmed while sleeping as I recover from an injury, but I wake up every night up to turn it back on. However, this one has the longest auto-shutoff feature I've ever seen - 6 hours. That's my only complaint. Love everything else about it.
This electric heating pad is wonderful! I am so pleased. The material is soft, and feels very sturdy. The pad heats quickly, and has two or six hour auto-shut off. The highest setting is too hot for me, which I think is pretty rad. It works so well, and is huge! Coveres my entire back. Absolutely perfect and worth the money.
This is by far the best heating pad I’ve ever used. Not only do I love it but if I don’t pick it up after using it, my cat has decided she loves it too. Other heating pads I’ve used shut off after one hour. Because of my chronic back pain, I wake up when they shut off and have to turn them back on again. This one has variable time settings which makes it very convenient.
It is by far my favorite electric heating pad! It has very simple button mechanics. Due to chronic pain issues, I run through heating pads rather regularly. Because it's difficult to find a heating pad that will cover my entire back/ neck /whatever is hurting today...the size of this item appealed to me. This pad warmer fits on my entire side of the bed. High is hot, but not too hot. Doesn't get as hot as a traditional heating pad, but it's certainly hot enough. And the low setting will stay on for me all night making mornings so much easier for someone like me with a chronic pain condition.
Love it works great for my back I use it everyday do to lower back injury relieve so much of my discomfort on my lower back with the heat makes it feel more comfortable

I have to sit more than 10 hours for work and study everyday. I sometimes feel back and waist pain due to that. I used this heating pad after work. It relieves my pain. But I do feel a little too hot in the summer. Otherwise it’s perfect.
Product was what I expected. Bought it for my 65lbs dog as a mat for warming his joints but everyone wants to use it now. Very big, warms up fast, auto shut off. Very good quality product, have used it for over 2 months almost daily without problem.

So far this heating pad work well and love it so much. I have had back hurt and shoulder hurt before, so every time the pain will come without notice.
