So far it has exceeded my expectations. The material is soft like a blanket and it heats up quickly. If you like it super hot, I’ve found that placing a pillow or blanket over it really ramps up the heat. The heat alone is more then adequate though.
I’ve been using it several times a day and it’s really helped with loosening things up after Hiit exercises. Heat therapy, if you don’t know, increases blood circulation to an area, which promotes healing and pliability.
I have no explanation why some have said it doesn’t get very hot. They either have rough skin or received a defective unit. Buy it!

I was pleasantly impressed and surprised about Geniani heating pads. I didn’t believe they are really “extra-large” but turns out, they can cover my entire back.
I was happy that all the safety-instructions are written on the heating pad itself. I’m the kind of person who loses all the instruction booklets so it’s very comfortable to have the instructions written on the pad.

Item arrived with a tear in the lining and a musty smell. Just sent an email to the manufacturer. Yikes.
I was surprised at the quality of the heating pad. It has a really great cover, it is plush and feels much thicker than my old one. I am pleased you can disconnect the plug and wash the whole thing. My other pad has a little cover that is always sliding off that you wash. I am very happy with this new pad. The part that heats is about same size as my other large. The new pad has an additional 2 inches out to the edge wo heat. I would definitely recommend this pad.
