It's only been a few days since I recieved this heating/cooling pad, I have only used it heated and I feel like in in heaven, all of my neck pain gone, I love It! I can't wait to use cool lol, I'd recommend this to anyone, we all have those tense days , so this perfect to use after a stressful day to relax or for aches and pains on the neck and shoulders, as you fall asleep or just relax, I give it a 10
I can't say how much I love this product! I was pleasantly suprised that it came very promptly. I usually warm it up in the microwave and throw it on my shoulder. The heat lasts longer than other products and it is soo relaxing! I love the smell btw -- a nice but not strong lavender scent. Love to order more for my family.
Needed something for pain in both shoulders. I no longer need anything! Works great
this is the best warmer I have ever used. I hear it for one and a half minutes. came in and wrapped it around my neck. it was the best feeling on my shoulders. I just had rotator cuff surgery. this is the first thing that has brought me any relief

Use Tips:
- Use a clean and dry plate to microwave your wrap
- Please do not place it directly on the microwave carousel
- Continue to heat in increments of 10 seconds until desired temperature is reached, up to a maximum of 20 mins for 500~750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 2 mins for 800-1000 watt microwaves
- Caution: Surface may be extremely hot after microwaves. Please wait for a few seconds until it is safe to apply to body
- To use as cooling compression, please remove outer packaging and place the body wrap in a plastic bag in the freezer for at least 3 hours

This was a gift for my daughter, who has a lot of shoulder pain. She loves it and uses it after work every night. One thing she really appreciated about it is that it has a fastener so that it doesn't slide around or slip off.
It’s nice and big like I was looking for
Nicely weighted. Nice fragrance. Warmth or cold drapes throughout shoulders, neck and upper back, or mid back. Can be comfortably used standing, sitting or laying down. I would recommend this above others I have used over the years!
This is a fantastic product if you suffer from headaches and/or backaches! The upper body wrap stays secure around your neck with a thick piece of velcro. It smells slightly of lavender, but not overpowering. (If it was overpowering it would be worse for a headache!)
It gets just warm enough to provide relief and the way that it is made, when you lay down on it -it pushes on pressure points on your back to relieve back and neck pain.
The eye mask is an added bonus and because of the clay beads, it adds just enough pressure to relieve eye pain.
I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone suffering from headaches, backaches, migraines, pressure headaches, any sort of upper body pain!
This shoulder wrap heating pad is so helpful. After you heat it it gives off a gentle spice smell and is so warm on my shoulders. Just 2 minutes in the microwave and it is warmed through.
