We ordered this new pad as ours was getting very old and needed to be replaced. We love this heating pad for several reasons. It is much larger than our previous heating pad. It has an electronic display that can set heat in six different settings so you can find the exact temperature you want to have. It has both a 2 hour and a “leave on” setting so you can use it for as much time as you need. The pad has a Velcro stretch strap so you can affix it to what ever part of your body that you need. I am a big guy and I was able to strap it across both my shoulders in place and not worry about it falling or sagging every time I move. The cloth is very soft and supple. The cord can be disconnected from the pad for easy storage or possible replacement if needed. I can go on, but for my aches and pains, this is just what the doctor ordered. OK, so I reviewed this product a little while ago after having issues with it. The company then contacted me and bent over backwards to make things right. They sent me a new pad with no questions asked and I have had no issues with the new at all. I would like to thank them very much for the excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone. It's not everyday you find a company willing to take these kind of steps to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you very much for everything.
Does anyone remember the old drug store plastic heating pad that had that blue green cover over it? Well i had one of those for over 10 years and only replaced it because it finally broke. So I bought this and it lasted just over 6 months before crapping out on me. Poor connection between pad and controller, plastic tabs on connector break off and get a "F" code on the display consistently. Don't waste your money on this P.O.S. and stay away from TechLove all together.
I get really aching back pains sometimes and it was recommended by a friend that I try a heating pad. After browsing, I decided to go with this one because of its size. Love that there isn’t just one heat level and there’s auto off. Sometimes I put it on at night so it’s nice that it turns off on it’s own. The heat is spread evenly throughout and the temp adjustments are great on days I need more heat vs less. It’s so soft to touch and I love how large this thing is and fits nicely in larger areas. It really helps to relieve some of that pain in my lower back. This is a great product and I will be purchasing one for my mother who complains of back and arm pain.
This is a great heating pad! I am very happy with it! THe only thing I am disappointed with is it doesn’t get as hot as another brand that I currently use. But not anything to fret over, would definitely buy again.
This was the 2nd one I've purchased. The first one I bought for my son who sleeps with it almost nightly as the warmth draped across his abdomen is soothing to his Ulcerative colitis. The second one I bought for me for all the aches and pains I'm feeling as I age, but it was confiscated by other son whose girlfriend likes to drape it across her abdomen during her period. So it looks like I will be buying a third one! We're all at least 6ft tall in my family, so this larger sized model is nice to have.

I purchased the Tech Love Heating Pad after reading a lot of reviews of other heating pads. I like that this heating pad is long enough to reach from my shoulder area to my backside. (I am 5'4). It heats of quickly and the length of the cord is longer so it reaches from your outlet to where you might be sitting or laying down. The cover is nice and soft so it is comfortable when on, not like the older heating pads that were stiff. The controller is easy to operate. I have had this for over a month now and it is working just fine. I have not tried the moist heat option, and don't think I will. I would have given this a five star except for two things. I wish there was a way with maybe a Velcro strap or something to be able to hang it over my back as it doesn't stay to sit up. The only way to use it is to lay down. The heat is a gentler heat and it doesn't get really hot so if you are looking for something that does, this isn't it. All in all I am happy with this heating pad so far.
I was so pleased with this heating pad because of it's size. A hefty 12" X 24", it covers my entire back plus some. I've never had a heating pad with a fixation strap that helps the pad stay in place. It heats quickly too, plus the 6 heat settings makes the therapy just right for the individual. After 2 hours, it can shut off automatically, so I don't have to worry about leaving it on all night. There's 9' of plug-in cord, so it gives me plenty of room to find the most convenient plug-in. I am able to use it for moist heat which I wasn't able to do with my old heating pad. The pad has a large control unit with LCD readout that makes it easy to see. I really appreciate the bag that comes with the pad, so I can keep pad and cord rolled up together. Really an improvement over the heating pad I had before,
Really love this one! Effective and portable pad for relaxing my shoulder and back. I have neck and shoulder pain from daily work, and using this pad of temperature level 4 pretty helps to relax the muscle. The temperature is mild but warm enough to give my muscle a massage they need. Love this pad, and cannot wait to take it along with me for my coming travel!
I love that this heating pad has both a two hour timer and a “stay on” function. The last heating pad I owned did not have the stay on function and that was annoying. The heat setting goes from 1 to 6, and at 6 it gets good and hot for a deep penetrating heat. I have used this mostly on my back and shoulders. The size is great to reach length wise from my neck to my hips, and I am 5,3 with a long-ish torso. I like that this is one piece, instead of a cover over a plastic heating pad like my last one. I haven’t tried to wash it yet, so I don’t know how that will work, but it comes with instructions so I’m sure it will be fine. The chord is plenty long to reach from the wall to my elevated bed. My only complaint is I wish that it was slightly more weighted, but again the weight is better than the old one I got from CVS.
I bought this heating pad for my wife, who carries the baby every day because of shoulder and back pain. There used to be an old each time to put a microwave oven heating and small, with this is really more convenient, plug can be used to preheat quickly, there are 6 temperature regulation, but also can set the time. The heating pad is large enough to cover the entire back, one at a time. My wife USES it every day now, recommend!!
