This is a very cost-effective electrolyte drink. Much less expensive per serving than bottled. The powder dissolves quickly and easily without any clumps. Each serving is packaged in a single pouch so it's easy to take along without any fuss or mess.
The mixed berry tastes pretty good without any aftertaste. My only complaint is the food coloring used -- way too much! This is neon blue when mixed.
I just received this in the mail and I have to say I really love it. I was skeptical because sometimes these mixes can taste watered down or too artificially sweet. I mixed one into a 20 oz bottle of water (minus a few sips for room to mix) and I was very impressed. The powder dissolved very well into the water and the taste was fantastic, if you want a more concentrated flavor you could mix with 16 oz of water. The Cool Citrus tastes a lot like a less sweet lemonade, I had to savor the bottle because I would have chugged the whole thing down if I could. My husband and I are doing Keto right now and we are going to drink one of these a day to keep electrolytes up. I'm looking forward to trying more of the flavors.
Very nice! Got the mixed berry and it looks like they listened to people not liking the food coloring since it is now almost clear. Good flavor and sweetness. This is a great solution for travel and reduce plastic waste
Found out about this product through Scott Martin (FLW fishing pro). I fish for hours & hours in the hot Arkansas spring & summer weather (it's been consistently in the 90's for over a month now), and this stuff is excellent. I used to carry about 4-6 bottles of Gatorade or Powerade every trip, and I started doing the math = every trip was between $5-$7 just for proper electrolyte hydration. Now I take between 8-10 bottles of Aquafina or Nestle water & several of the Qwik Stiks with me, & for about 36 cents a bottle, I get the same hydration. My favorite flavors are Fruit Punch, Strawberry Lemonade, and Raspberry. I think next I'll try Orange.
Works great for me. For those sensitive to artificial sweeteners, you may dislike the aftertaste. I hardly notice the taste of artifical sweetners because I typically drink reduced calorie drinks - snapple teas, etc. I really like the taste of the citrus and don't need to venture to other flavors - plus the citrus has been the least expensive!
Energy wise - it helps me through tough workouts and made a huge difference recently in 2 all day master class workout sessions. How did I know it made a difference? I only recently began using the product, and I was a having a difficult time during my workouts, even though I use pre-workout drinks. I purchased this about a week before those master class sessions and could tell a marked improvement in my performance.

I bought these to help increase my water intake, as well as for electrolyte replacement when hiking, backpacking, biking, etc. The mixed berry has a very good flavor, just a slight aftertaste. However, it also turns your water a very disquieting blue color - I'd go 5 stars if there were not artificial coloring. In any case, they seem to fit the bill. I'll limit myself to one a day if I'm just at the office, a couple if I'm exerting myself w/hiking. They are super compact and lightweight.
I love these little packets. They are super easy to carry with me wherever I go. Tear off the top and add to your water bottle. I prefer to mix them with more water (20+ oz) as I find them a little overpowering at the lower water level. But to each their own. I am thinking of making a drink similar to UCAN using these and corn or tapioca starch for our bike rides. I wish they came with stevia or monk fruit, but the sweetener is so low on the list of ingredients I am not going to worry about it right now. If I find something with a natural sweetener that is priced right I will consider switching.
Im old now. I get awful hangovers. THESE ARE GREAT. Look they aren't the end all be all answer. If you over drink you wilL ALWAYS feel like crap the next day. These make you feel less like crap. I drink one before I go out. Before I go to bed. and when I wake up. I add extra water because hydration is great man. There is no miracle cure for hangovers. These are cheap and they vastly decrease my misery.
I was hestitant when purchasing due to the low stars some reviewers gave. But I needed a electrolyte replacement for a large group of people. The package arrived and I inspected it, no damage, all packs seem to be filled. I ordered mixed berry and tasted it to ensure people would enjoy it. Mixed berry is blue in color, tasted pretty good considering there's no sugar. Wasn't clumpy and barely had to stir in mix. Doesn't leave the consumer with a blue mouth or anything and has plenty of salt to replace what's being lost through sweat (you can taste the salt but the overall flavor isn't lost and it's not distracting) . Overall a great product so far. If there are any issues I'll be sure to update review.
These packets of electrolytes are amazing at keeping me hydrated when working out in the heat. Over the course of 3-12hr days in a row in 90-95 degree heat I'd drink a packet every 3-4 hours. Doing this kept the cramps away and kept me from feeling so drained each night.
With these packets being sugar free the cool citrus ones still taste great.
I'm so glad I found these and will continue using them any time I feel I could get dehydrated.
