Got this for hubby, because he has to take meds several times a day and wanted something to carry with him when we left the house for several hours. I looked at several different pill cases and settled on this one because the sections were a bit larger than most others.
Each section holds a lot of pills and they fit snugly together, so there’s no worry of it coming undone and the contents spilling everywhere.
He’s mentioned several times how much he likes it, so I call that a win.
Even with measurements posted on the item page, it was difficult to predict if theses containers would be the appropriate size for my application. I was optimistic that at least one would hold pills on my keychain (morphine for kidney stones, cardiac rhythm meds and Dramamine), and the smaller of the two works. I'm sure the larger will come in handy for some other application. These are sturdy, attractive containers, not likely to fall off a key chain.
I use the small pill holder the most. you can hold about 2 to 3 pill inside of it depending on the pill size. It is very well constructed and the brass will patina nicely if you are into that. I can attest to the waterproofness of it. I have dropped it into the water and is sealed nicely.

I love these. They are sectioned and deep enough to hold multiple medications. Item is as pictured and stands about 7 inches. All medications are contained safely.
I use the small one on my keychain. carry some vitamin V. never know when it might be needed.
This did not fit all of my daily supplements, most fit but were very tight and hard to get out. But I really like the design of this thing, it's very sleek. Instead I'm going to use this to store Kratom on the go, it fits about one dose in each compartment. It's such a nice product ill find any excuse to use it. It would even make a good tea holder.
