My shoulders and neck needed heat for pain, and a heating pad simply wasn't pliable enough. This had a nice high "collar," so it covered my long neck up to my ears. The cape part completely covered my upper back and chest, and the ends met in the center. Of course, I am not a large person, so it might not for other people. After draping it around me, I readjusted the "beads," to more evenly distribute them in their pockets. It held the heat for quit even some time; and when it see,ed to start losing heat, I would again redistribute the beads. I appreciated the lilac scent, but if you are sensitive to scents, I wouldn't recommend this product.
I love this thing! $20 is worth it for the quality of material and how big it is. Totally wish I would have gotten this sooner!
Took awhile to get to me because it was sold out! It is AMAZING! The smell; aromatic bliss. According to directions. You need to heat it way more. I would listen to do it in increments. You don't want to fry it. Take it out and teeter it side to side. Takes approx 3 minutes. Love how it fits on neck and shoulders. Erognomic heaven in my opinion. Great Xmas gift to your loved ones the carry stress & pain up there! 🌳
Had Neck surgery few years ago and got one as gift. I heat it in microwave and it not only feels great, it smells great. Just bought 2 more, one to keep at work and one for gift. It’s the only thing that helps

I absolutely love this product.
I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and its nice and hot for my sore tight neck and shoulder muscles.
I will caution not to put in microwave too long because it will burn a hole in it.
If you want it hotter after 3 minutes then you have to take it out, turn it and heat another 45 seconds
Also not all microwaves heat the same so be careful
I've suffered from terrible neck pain and headaches for as long as I can remember. Regular chiropractor visits and massage are always on my agenda. I anticipate I will save money on those things now that I have this amazing neck wrap. The scent is super relaxing and natural and it fits perfectly over my neck and shoulders. I've been using it every night before bed and have noticed a significant decrease in my neck pain. Definitely worth every penny and it's priced very modestly.
It's so nice just to be able to grab this product out of the freezer or put it in the microwave if I need heat instead of cold. Either way, I love this product. Periodically, when I wear it too long, it feels a bit heavier than I'd like. But overall, I rate it highly.
It takes longer than what it says to heat up, BUT it's so nice once you have it on. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I can't tell if I like the scent or not. Kind of weird.
It works great for relieving pain. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs soothing relief. Its also very comfortable to wear.
