It fits well. I mainly use it for its ice feature. It is inconvenient to have the inside attached to the waistband. TYhis woyuld work better if you could remove the mudpack by itself without the belt. The belt should be part of the cover.
Owned since Dec 2016 and in April 2017 began leaking black clay/liquid after about 3-5 uses total. Item could not even be fixed by duct tape. Was great the few times it worked. Two stars because it worked as advertised before failing.

This clay-based heat pack is very good at retaining heat. I bought it for my aching back and have used it on my neck too. I like that it has straps to keep it in place but they have a lot of Velcro that tend to stick to everything. I wish the cover was bigger because it slips, leaving the hot ends exposed.
I love the clay ice packs! These work so well, stay cooler longer. Highly recommend.
I have a shoulder injury and in denial of it. So I am trying to look for comfort and pain relief outside cortisone or surgery. Presto! Clay hot and cold pack. Easy to heat or freeze and secure to the injury. So far I am pleased with the quality.

I put the fomi in hot water as it was advice and it works well. I always place a towel on my skin before I put the Fomi on my back and then cover with a blanket to retain the heat. The reason I gave 4 is I wish it will have come in a bigger size. If you don't want to spend too much on therapy try this in between and see if it will work for you. Fomi let me know if you have a bigger size than this.
Works great to heat the lower back. Honestly my girls get great relief from cramps just the right amount of and last longer then the rice bags
This clay ice pack works great! It stay cold a long time. I like that it molds to where I need it. The strap works well to secure it around my back or on my ankle. I highly recommend this clay pack.
This works well for both the cold application and the warm. I don't find that just 30 sec heats it enough so I boost it up to about 50. Be sure to check that out with your individual microwave.
Awdsome! Molds to my neck and stays put. Haven't tried it cold, just gently heated in microwave as recommended.
