We live in a hot climate. My daughters like to take an ice pack to bed many nights. These are so soft and comfy for them to use before bed. I also really like them for myself! Awesome little gel packs!!

they are pretty hard when coming out of the freezer & take a few minutes & manipulation to soften up enough to use under my back or head. Love the fabric back on one side!
I bought to use for hip pain and when I have a migraine. It’s very flexible and comfortable even when it’s been in the freezer for some time. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems to not get as cold as I’d like and cools off faster than I’d like but well made, affordable and like that one side has fabric cover

COLD THERAPY INSTRUCTION:
Place Pack flat in a freezer for two hours or more until desired temperature is achieved
Test the temperature before application and wrap pack in a cloth if needed
Apply pack to reduce swelling, inflammation and pain. Cold therapy should be used during the first 48 hours of injury
Do not apply to damaged skin or open wounds
Pack can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to use

Microwave the Pack from room temperature
Microwave pack for the time indicated below. Heat for additional 5-10 seconds if required

I love these! They are great and I love have the fuzzy side! They are comfortable and the beads make them plyable so you can use it on any part of your body!

Just WOW...
I am a happy owner of the Newgo Soft Ice Pack. The most important factors for me are that the product has a storage bag that keeps it clean and odor free, plus the size allows me to use it effectively on different body parts. I have owned the produce for about a week and have already put it to good use on the small of my back to reduce chronic back pain and on my ankle that is swollen from a bad sprain.
Love that these has a soft side so wrapping them isn’t necessary (it is wonderfully soft). Easily conforms to what you are applying them on.
