The Naloxone case works great for work and is well constructed except for one part, the carabiner. The one that comes with it is worthless and dangerous as its cheaply made and could easily break. I suggest you replace that part and the case will work great for first responders. It is a tad bit big but gives me room to carry extra gloves and a CPR mask.

I work at a community health clinic that distributes naloxone overdose rescue kits to anyone who wants one. We have been using a small blue nylon pouch to keep the medications in but will now be switching to these cases since they will provide much more structure and provide a organized layout for everything that goes into an overdose kit. It easily fits the two administrations of naloxone, latex gloves, CPR barrier, alcohol preps and information cards.

Nice case! It protects well and is a nice size without being cumbersome. I’m a fourth grade teacher and I use this for one of my students that has a bee allergy and needs to have an epi pen kept in the classroom and carried with us on fieldtrips. I like that there are pockets in the inside so I can keep instructions in the case in case someone other than myself needs to administer the epi. This is a great little case that I could see functioning for a lot of different first aid needs.
Fits two Narcan nasal sprays nicely. The mesh pocket works well to hold a cpr breathing mask, gloves and instructions. The protective shell is strong and looks good. I feel like it will protect everything well even if moving around quickly or dropping the case. The case lies flat when the zippers are open which makes a nice tray when organizing or using in the field.
Great case to hold two Narcan nasal spray treatments. The carabiner and optional note card sleeve are nice features.
