I took a chance and ordered this even though it had no reviews and I'm glad I did. I was looking for a heating pad like this that was as long in the back as possible but would say on the shoulders. This one is very high quality and is made out of a super soft material. The heating feels consistent all around. The strap keep s the back tight and the front part on the chest stays secure due to a magnetic closure at the top around the neck and it is weights ed the bottom. It's also weighted on the bottom of the back part. It heats up fairly quickly and has helped alot. I suffer from frequent upper back and neck pain that causes headaches that are truly debilitating and this helps eases the pain and stiffness. From searching amazon for a few hours this one seems like it has the most back and chest coverage. I will say I don't think there are heating elements in the neck part, but the heat for me seems to make its way up there anyways because of the type of material, so it provides just enough heat to that area.
I love the color, and the cord seems long enough to be useful. I have mine plugged in just near my computer chair but have plenty of slack to where I could probably it anywhere I need. On me it goes all the way down my back to just above my butt, and the front sits nicely on my upper chest, the picture is quite accurate. It has 5 heat settings and 2 timer settings. I use it on 3 or 4 so far. I just got it and started using it immediately but if anything changes I will edit the review with more info.
Better than I expected! Long, like I was looking for. Heat on shoulders also warms neck. Heat is hotter tha other heating pads I've used. Well constructed and durable. I an VERY impressed with this ITEM and plan to but another as a gift.
This product didnt have any reviews when i bought it, but im so glad i pulled the trigger and purchased it. Amazing product, low is perfect and high is hot as hell. Buying a second one for my mother.
Leaning back to relax with this heating pad under your back is so comforting after a long day.

-The material is SO SOFT, the softest material you could ever ask for.
-Great for cold nights, it gets hot enough to make you sweat.
-Automatic turn off capabilities, for one or two hours.
☂️Cons: The power cord isn't long enough. Would recommend a 2 prong extension cord.
-The heating pad could be longer in length and width.
-Something should fasten the neck area together - it is weighted - however - a safety pin or velcro could be added to keep in place.
☄️Overall, a 5 star heating pad that could use some adjustments.

After losing 40 pounds, I am now eternally cold. I was using my regular sized heating pad to warm my back but, it shut off after a few minutes and frankly was just too small. In short, here is a list of reasons why this Heating Pad is so MUCH better:
1. It’s Huge! It’s about 24 by 33 inches. Definitely covers your whole back as well as up and on your shoulders.
2. It’s weighted to keep it up and over your shoulders (and not fall off).
3. Has ties to keep it really secure and a magnetic clasp to keep it closed at your neck
4. Has automatic shut off, BUT for 1 or 2 hours, not ten minutes like my regular heating pad.
5. Has 5 heat settings. #5 is very, very hot. Be careful to start low until you know what your body will handle. Heats fast, too.
6. I know the description says “microfiber” fabric, but it’s really velour. Soft, warm, feels very Yummy. (Yep, that’s how it feels to me.)
I am super happy with this Heating Pad, it was just what I needed.

User Tips:
1 For continuous use, please set with heating level 4 or level 5 for about 5 minutes, and then select a relatively low heating level (level 1 - level 3).
2. Try to keep the warming pad flat during the use.

I rarely write reviews but had to for this heating pad. I was hesitant to purchase after reading some bad reviews. This was the only cape style heating pad i could find on amazon prime that went down to lower back. I took the chance hoping it would work and I am so glad I did. I have severe back problems and neck problems so heating pads are my best friends. Before purchasing this i had been using a very large flat heating pad. The problem with this is the fact that when i lay on it, it doesnt get in the groove of my neck or onto my shoulders. When I found this one I was so excited! I thought this would be great for sitting on the couch or even sleeping on my side at night. Best part is that it stays in place even when i lay on my side. It has a tie around the waist exactly like a robe and a magnet for securing around the neck. Magnet could be a little stronger but i make do. You can also use it as a flat heating pad for your legs or anywhere else u need heat. You can set the off timer for 1 or 2 hours. The heat settings are 1-5. Most of the time i use 1 or 2. It gets pretty darn hot past 2 and then i sweat. Great product I use it all day and night. If your thinking of purchasing DO IT! I will never go back to flat heating pad again.
This product is great at heating the back. I love that you have the option for different temperature settings. However I was really looking for a product that works great on both the back AND the neck which looking at the picture you would assume this would. I guess it’s my fault for assuming. The neck area does get heat but not near as much as the back as there are not any wires in the neck area. I feel like I have to either move it up from my back to the neck area which is not real comfortable or use a separate neck heating pad. If you are looking for a mainly back product this is a great one for you! Gets nice and hot!
it's the perfect temperature for my back. I wore this almost every night since I received it. I even take this to my office. I had bad backpain from last month, due to an accidental fall. This pad really helped me with pain relief. The best of all, it's soft and cozy.
This heating pad provides an adequate amount of heat to relieve my back pain. At first i was worried tat the cords wouldnt be long enough to place it by my sofa, but i was surprise to its length. The remote is easy to function, it basically has 3 buttons, on/off, a timer, n a strength.
