Bought it for the duty belt, everything seems solid, managed to stuff another little first aid kit in it. I wore it a couple times on my belt, kind of bulky, but that makes sense given what it is. I think long-term I'll be using it in my bag. It actually works well kept in a thigh cargo pocket.
Durable CPR mask. Can be mounted just about anywhere. I wear it on my duty belt.
I got everything as described, it comes in a great quality pouch, with lasting materials inside. Very happy camper indeed!
