Got this on the recommendation of my PT person. The larger size has been perfect for my lower back, two herniated disks. I love how it stays cold and the gel doesn’t harden so it is always mailable.
Awesome ice pack!! I use this almost nightly. Previously used pea packs. This is waaaay better and stays colder longer. Even at its coldest, this pack is very pliable. Would recommend.
Best heating And cooling packs ever! You can actually put this in the freezer and/or fridge and it won’t go hard solid on you so you really can’t have a much more comfortable I spec experience. I got this for a friend post surgery and she absolutely swears by these ice packs. Highly recommend
