Works well as expected. Works well with ice/water mix and hot water compression. The large size maybe too big for some.
Tips: Fill 60% of the volume with ice and water, aprox 4:1 (ice water ratio) and removal all air prior to closing the cap. The bag maybe a bit stiff at first, but continued use will soften the bag.

This totally beats what I was doing before- putting ice in a large ziplock back/with a second one to help prevent leaking. I took the advice of another review/comment that recommended adding two cups of water and one cup of rubbing alcohol so it does not freeze completely so it's not hard. I keep it stored in my freezer in a ziplock back to keep it away from other items. No leaks and does the job. Would recommend. I also keep the other one free for ice in case the other one was just used and not cold.
Great cold/hot packs that are generous in size and are leak proof. Have filled these with either hot water or ice and they have retained their temperatures very well and for lengthy periods of time-these are made of a soft malleable material so they can mold to any area you use them on your body-great on the knees, shoulders, head and over the brows with those vicious sinus headaches. Very pleased with price point and quality. Size is much bigger than I ever expected!,
Bought these to use as cold sacks for my lunch cooler and for when I go shopping. Got the idea from Cooking Keto with Kristie's blog. Thought it was an excellent idea--flexible and refillable instead of a hard block of ice or ice pack that melts and makes a mess.
I love these. I wish the smaller one was bigger. I have severe migraine and diverticulitis flare ups. I put rubbing alcohol and water in the big one to make the best ice pack for my head. ( alcohol doesn’t freeze and it makes a wonderful ice pack that allows me to mold the ice pack around my neck and head), and the smaller one I put hot water in to place on my stomach to help with the pain from the flare ups. I would definitely buy them again.

I bought these for the heat pack use but have tried cold. they do maintain temperature really well. These are pretty standard packs, the same kinds people have been using for decades. Nothing exciting, nothing new, just something that is tried and true proven to work. They were cheaper than the ones at my local grocery store, so I'd say good value.
This is one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon! All three bags are in heavy use in my home. Between my surgery and recovery, my kids' football, soccer, basketball and my husband painful muscles and joints ...these bags are used regularly. They keep all contents within and do not leak!!! They are sturdy and are soft and mold around the area nicely. I'd buy again!
I don’t know how I lived without these! I originally got these when I had all four wisdom teeth removed, and boy did they help! Those 3 days of healing time I had these filled with ice and glued to my face. Since then I’ve found myself filling them with hot water on cold winter nights and using them to warm my bed, using them as ice packs for migraines and even chafing of my legs.
Could not find these is any stores. They work perfectly. The large one is what I use mainly for my back. Very simple and you easily fill and empty them without worrying about a gel leak
It was able to hold more ice than what I expected it. Normal refrigerator ice fits perfectly in the bag. You do have to put them in one by one. It doesn't leak out the bag and it has a tight seal, so no leakage.
