I have a rare form of Rheumatoid Arthritis and one of the odd side effects is "skin bumps" that I get on my face and arms. Not like acne, just bumps that emerge, dry and are annoying. Several have been with me on my cheek since being diagnosed 2 years ago. I decided to try this after a colleague raved about it for the wrinkles emerging around her mouth. I wasn't expecting much change but tried it just the same. After cleansing my skin I would use all over my face, especially on some dark spots around my hairline. After 4 days, the wrinkles around my mouth, the "bumps" on my cheek and dark spots on my hairline were definitely changing! After 2 weeks the bumps on my cheeks are now gone, the wrinkles much less noticeable and the dark spots fading dramatically! I will continue to buy and use this product - thank you SO much!!
This stuff is a miracle! If you have dry skin, or eczema, this is a godsend. I like these smaller containers, since you can travel with them or throw them in the work bag for touchups. It's expensive, but worth it-- very concentrated, a little goes a long way.
I have super sensitive skin, this cream has yet to bother me. I love it. It took me a long time and lots of trial and error to find it.

It was smooth and creamy going on and I could detect a nice "dry" barrier afterwards.

I do not like the fragrance of the scented one. It turned my stomach. I'm relieved that I didn't buy the full-size container.
The regular one is great--fragrance and the smooth feeling after applying.
If you have psoriasis on your face, this is the stuff for it. Its great; even for a senior citizen!

So I have extremely dry and dehydrated skin that is also acne prone. This cream does wonders for the dryness and I find myself less prone to scratch or nail at breakouts with it too. I especially like this mixed with tea tree oil!
My mom loves this stuff.
