I'm a Registered Nurse with my Bachelor's degree, & have lots of experience with pill boxes! I have several autoimmune diseases, & have been on a dietary program with multiple supplements to try to heal myself, because traditional medicine has failed me. I LOVE this pillbox!!! I have searched & searched for one that was large enough, & the search is over!!! The quality is PREMIUM, & I know it will last forever!
It literally fits 11 fish oil caps in 1 slot!! Very high quality thick plastic, reminds me of plastic/silicone combo. It won't break if dropped. The slide on clear lid is thick, but may crack if dropped a long distance. Highest quality box I've seen.
I only have one suggestion, but it's pretty important. I had inadvertently put the plastic cover piece on backwards, which made my night time medicine be labeled as my morning medicine. I noticed it right away of course, but it alarmed me, because of all the seniors that could potentially make the same mistake. I originally thought that it would be good that you could only slide the plastic on one way, but it's very handy to be able to slide it both ways. So I would just put a sticker or a piece of tape to make the morning slot stand out.

So I'm in my early 30s and am no senior and thus kinda hate the brand name. That said, LOVE this product. I am struggling with a severe intestinal infection, autoimmune disease, and some other issues. I take over 30 different medications daily. With this, I am able to fit all my pills for the day into the four holding cells. I also love that I can throw all my pills for one day into a small purse. I also love that the pill cover slides rather than each little cell having an individual flap that is liable to pop up and spill. This also makes filling the box much faster. I no longer have to carry the entire week's worth in multiple pill boxes in essentially a tote bag just to have a day out with my husband. It may sound silly, but I feel like this pill box had made a huge difference in the quality of my life.
If you take large pills (I take a lot of vitamin supplements, which are often large), THIS is the pill organizer for you! I had tried 2 others, but they were simply too small. This one has very roomy compartments and I couldn’t be happier!
Product is exactly as described . This is my second purchase of the item. Needed another one to lay out pills for additional days. Kudos to the makers of this product. If you take any really large pills like some vitamins and supplements, you don't have to worry. Each pill box has ample room with room to spare for most. Would definitely recommend this product. It is also good for those that are visually impaired as the lettering is larger than on other small pill boxes.
Had in the past taken my meds on wrong day or time of day,due to the layout of my old pill container. In looking for a new container, came upon this pill organizer. At first I thought the price was high, but after using it for several weeks it is worth the price. Each days pill container is large for all types of pills. The detachable sliding top on each container can be moved in such a way so that only the applicable time of day is exposed. Then you can dump the pills out on plate, with out touching the container. On my old container, if I had a messy hand, sticky food would remain on the container when I got the pills out.
Easy to refill all of the containers. Now I have only one day's supply out and with the four slots each day and no problems with days etc. in taking my meds

The time of the day decals on each cover for the day of the week, wear over after several weeks and I had to mark each time of day with a "felt marker'. The manufacturer needs to correct the problem. Still like the concept of the system

I don’t have to carry a separate medicine case like my grandmother did in the 70s. Although, it is a little bigger than I expected. It is still a great product.
Each day's box is big enough to put a lot of pills in. I did a test with my largest pills (the fish oil) and you can easily get 9 pills in a section, or 36 a day!
These are easy to use if you have arthritic hands. Just hold it in the middle with one hand, and push on the end with the other hand. They slide right open.
The text is protected under clear plastic so it won't wear away. And with four sections per day, you can grab a day's worth and go where you need to go.

After using this setup for several months, I like it even more. It's large enough for whatever you have to take, it's sturdy, easy to fill ... and the colors are pretty. :)
I bought a similar item and was disappointed because the compartments were too small to hold the pills. I'm not a senior; however, I have nerve damage in both hands. I don't have any problem sliding the day containers. And the whole unit takes up little space which is important to me.
I use it in a slightly different way. The first two compartments hold the am pills for my two dogs and the last two compartments hold their pm pills. I labeled the compartments and color coded them for am and pm.
I take several different supplements several times of day. Some of these supplements such as my magnesium are very large and in my other sorters once you put a large pill in and the other supplements the container was either very hard to close or wouldn't close at all. The Extra Large 7-Day Stackable Weekly Pill Box Organizer not only held the larger pills there was more than enough room for my additional supplements with room to spare. Even with all this space it is compact enough to pack in my carry on when traveling and is very sturdy. The top of each daily compartment slides off so no concern of the top popping open and spilling my supplements all in my purse. Very Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
One of my most favorite products I’ve purchased on amazon. I load my supplements once a week and carry them in my purse. I’ve never had a problem with the daily container opening in my purse too. The container is big which I like for the amount of supplements I take.
