This ice pack is the best I have ever found. Because of the position of my neck injury, it has been very hard to put ice on it until now. However, with this ice pack I can wear it as a head band with the velcro extensions placed at the top of my head. Very highly recommended.
This was a life saver after my surgery. Posterior partial laminectomy, no pain killers thanks in part to this little buddy. hot or cold, it works like a charm.
This is a good ice pack for your neck. There are a couple of things that would've made it great. It is a bit small for my neck. I have to use the included straps which make it longer, however, it also makes it less comfortable. I also wish that it was a bit wider and covered more of the bottom neck.

It's not very big but works well for shoulder and upper neck pain. Thaws quickly but works well while it's frozen

Does exactly what it should. The ice pack/gel gets a lot colder than most products (I think it's the non-padded lining).
