I absolutely love this product! It could be three to four stars because of the cons that I'll talk about in a bit however, it is the very best cooling pad that is reasonably price that I’ve seen so far.
If you check my other review on another cooling pad it explains how my back gets so hot that it would actually heat the cooling pad so much so that the heat goes through to the mattress within a short period. With this cooling pad I couldn’t tell you how long the coolness last because It gets me so comfortable I can’t pay attention enough to keep the time or I’ll dose off. I can’t explain it but it feels a lot cooler than other cooling pads- it’s a bit cold ( but again it could be just because my back is so hot. ). It may be because of the thicker amount of gel inside in-comparison to others that I’ve tried. Yes, by the time I wake in the middle of the night it has heated up, do to my back being hot but, its just warmed though, not irritating my back and adding heat.
There’s only one thing that could make this great pad lose stars. It wrinkles quickly just after one use and cannot be put back to its original state. This can cause those with sensitivity to feel uncomfortable. I really dont care because nothing has come close to the comfort it gives me. It’s a five for doing the job the best and longest then I’ve seen.

Okay, I was skeptical and I can tell you this is GREAT! It has such a durable cover, thin enough and soft enough to not be cumbersome, freezes nicely, and is large enough for my entire back. I can fold it in half if I don't need the entire piece. It stays cold for several hours.
I really love this product! It's the answer to my prayers when it comes to lower back and hip pain. A couple of great things: it conforms to the back of a chair , or a bed rest pillow, and right where the pain is, so I can sit wherever with my laptop for longer periods of time, now; also, it folds neatly in half, and then in half again, and it's flat, so it doesn't take up a lot of space in the freezer.

I have pain from my head to my toe basically and this thing provides great coverage (big) stays cold for a while doesn't leak.Dino recommends wrapping a shirt around the ice pak so you don't burn up your skin.

This far surpasses my expectations from an "ice pack".
It stays very cold for a long time. It is flexible and moves with my back. The compress is very durable and well made. Its amazing to be able to fold it to fit into my freezer. And, the best part it was cold and ready to go in just 30 minutes!

I bought this to help with my Sciatica pain and I love it. I love that it can be used for heating and cooling. It has no smell to it. I use it at home and take it with me in the car and use it at work. Stays hot for quite a while and stays cool for quite some time. Highly recommend!

I love this ice pack. This ice pack is soft after freezing which makes it more flexible for me. I use it on my back, my knees, my neck and my shoulders.
