I bought this for my ankle tendonitis and it is so much easier to use than an ice pack. I can put it on while at the computer too. Only stays cold for about 1/2 hour but I think you really are not supposed to keep ice on the skin for more than that anyway. It gets very cold. Great little medical tool for icing. Bought one for the wrist too.
Best product ever for icing ankle after surgery, boot, ready to walk but foot swells. PT says ice, this wrap with the ice pack is my lifesaver.

- Freeze in in the freezer for 30 minutes, it will keep the mask cold and flexible.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Please do not cold it in solid level.

Best invention ever!!!! I have Sinus Tarsi Syndrome. It's very painful from your ankle and over the top. When I ice it I use frozen peas, but can never get it exactly where the pain is. With this it really triggers my problem area. And you can walk around with it on.
I had ankle surgery and the ice pads are more towards the front of the foot....wish the ice pack extended a little further back. But works great and fits great!
