I used to have so much trouble with my former heating pad which was encased in a plastic shell with a cloth cover. The heating unit would get all squished up inside the plastic shell. I would then have to remove the cloth cover, heat up the pad to make it maleable and then pull and stretch the pad back into shape. This pad is quilted so it never loses it's shape and the quilted velvety cover is so cuddily and comforting. The size is very generous. I use it almost daily and am very pleased! I would highly recommend this heating pad!
So far so good. I suffer from spinal injuries that has left me disabled. I live in constant pain. One of the few remedies that helps is heat, lots and lots of heat. Now I’m not a tall person at 5’5” but this pad is the perfect size to cover my entire back, down to the top of my butt up to the top of my neck as well. It really helps in treating all the problem areas at once, helping me get back on my feet quicker. No more fussing with a smaller pad and moving it around my back periodically. Great pad!!
I love this heating pad. And trust me, I’ve tried tons of them. I use this for abdominal pain and my dachshund loves heating pads and usually fights me for them. But it’s big enough for us to share, and safe enough for an animal to lie on for sure if your pets are anything like mine. The idea of a moist heat with a plug in product sounds a little scary at first. I don’t know how they do it but it really is almost like having a hot, moist towel on you, not some burning hot wires with a cover. And somehow its breathable and doesn’t make you sweat even with the moist heat. The heat is also very evenly dispersed throughout the whole pad, and it’s so incredibly soft. You can’t go wrong with this one. It’s definitely worth the money.
I absolutely love deceiving. it is big enough to cover from my shoulder to my hip, it’s thin enough that I don’t even realize it’s there the material is soft most comfortable heating pad I have ever used. The heating mechanism is fast to Heat up. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.
I thought big was goong to be bad, because I always buy just for my back, but it is great ,my hubby was concerned because it was large but then gosh its so good it covers all my back or when I put it for my knees they are both coveted and half of my legs this pad is really nice and very soft you forget its there .

I perpetually seem to need a heating pad for the muscles in my back and neck. This pad can reach all of that in one shot. I sleep on this pad every night. I love the amount of heat settings so that I can gently change how much heat I need instead of huge steps like some of the other pads. I also travel with this pad internationally and so far so good. I highly recommend.
This thing is super soft, flexable, and you don't feel the wires at all. It gets VERY hot 6-7 is all I can stand because I'm afraid of a burn on my feet with neuropathy. I have a "large" leg and it will completely wrap around my knee also. My only complaint is that it shuts off too quickly.
Very soft and comfortable. The size is nice and large. My daughter wraps it around her arm and it is very pliable and not stiff. The timer for auto shut off is a great feature. It also warms up very quickly.
Before making the decision to purchase this pad, virtually every heating pad on the Amazon site was inspected and considered. Ease of use, reliable control and a pad that was flexible and could remain flexible were prime considerations.
The control is easy to use with reliable settings. Even better is the heating pad remains flexible and does not bunch into an unusable clump. Other brands with poor design had to be replaced under warranty and/or returned because the control failed or the pad bunched into an unusable lump and, in some instances due to both failures.
The last several pads purchased at brick and mortar facilities had to be returned due to one or more of the sited deficiencies. One vendor suggested a reliable purchase from Amazon.
Update: Amazon Seller - Sunvalley Brands sent me a replacement heating pad and it works like a charm. Earlier, I did receive a defective item. The seller strongly stands behind the quality of the product and takes definitive action if the item is defective. I am amazed by the stellar customer service. They very well deserve 5 stars for customer service. I am very pleased with the quality of the heating pad.

The Sable Low Voltage Electric Heating Pad that I received does not heats up. I followed the instruction manual word by word but even at the highest setting "H" it feels like its at a very very low heat settings. Over past years, I have bought heating pads from PureRelief and Sunbeam and they all worked nicely. I bought this heating pad because of the low voltage option. I had high hopes for this product and a lot of research went before I bought this. Most likely I received a defective item.
