Exactly what I needed. I drop my pill sorter all the time and all the spaces open and everything falls out. With this there is double protection with the inner cases and outer case. I'm also happy I can just carry one days pills downstairs with me and leave the rest upstairs. Very convenient. The only thing I'd change is actually having the days of the week on the containers instead of 1, 2, 3, etc. That's a minor thing though.
I take meds/supplements 4X a day so having 4 compartments/day works well for me. Now I don't have to guess if I took my pills or not. Quality of product is good; I don't think the plastic is flimsy. I have been using it for almost 3 wks now & the lids are holding up well. Not having the days of the week on the containers is not an issue for me, but it may be good to have Days of the Week Stickers for those who wish to use them. But hey, for this price, this product is just right for me.

This a great organizer for my 4 person family. We use it for multivitamins and any other kind of meds we may need at the time. I'd say each slot can hold around 5 medium sized pills. The containers are easy to open but stay closed nicely.
