Smooth and soft material. Comfortable handle and being rechargeable is really nice! The instructions are a tad bit confusing, and they aren't written in proper English in some spots. I was able to figure it out. You have to hold the power button to turn it on. It did not say that in the instructions. Easy to use and clean. Good product for the price!
We bought this in April 2018 and it stopped charging November 2018. My husband pulled it apart and a wire had come loose. Used it about 30mins 3-5x a week. So, short lived but lots of use, paid $20. Others bought in the store for $35-55 didn’t do the job as well but lasted longer. I consider it a win overall, but I would like to get a year out of my next one. Side note- I don’t think we tried it in the water but it was washed and water didn’t get in.

I typically don’t write reviews but this deserves it. I purchased this product in April of 2018 and my charging cord didn’t hold up well. I messaged the seller for a replacement and they shipped me a brand new one instead. Excellent customer service and really quick response time! Not only that, but the product works beautifully, with no noticeable change from April of 2018 to February of 2019. Definitely worth the buy.
Wonderfully powerful, but when it dies for the last time ( less than a year after purchase with minimal use) it does so in a glorious fashion where you CANNOT get it to turn off! You have to let it run itself out which takes hours! Its probably the funniest thing I've experienced with an adult toy. Worth the money, just wish it had lasted longer!
