I love this! I keep it in the freezer for easy retrieval. With osteo-arthritis, I use it frequently for aching joints and muscles. The cold lasts well over 30 minutes and provides great relief. It's great to wrap around your neck, or knee, or over your shoulder. I wrap it in a towel and turn it over multiple times. Great product.
This thing is amazing. I've had several spinal/neck procedures, having degenerative disc disease and herniated discs. I have a freezer full of different types of ice packs; including some from the hospital. This one is my favorite! It seems to stay colder longer, and because it's so big it covers so much area and I only have to wear one. I do usually fold it in half to put in the freezer and have had no issues.
A very useful item. I give them away as a gift to friends with various ailments. Great for recovery from therapy. Works on shoulders, ankles, knees, hips, neck. Teaming it up with an elastic/Velcro band is a big help in wrapping. Can use directly on skin without much discomfort. Stays cold for about 15 - minutes.

I bought this because I injured my shoulder and this is the type (not brand) of cold pack that they used at the outpatient therapy clinic I was working at. It seems to be great quality and is very easy to throw into the freezer and then stick it on the injured area. The shape provides better coverage that a regular square/rectangular cold pack. I definitely recommend this product!
I just received this item and it is working great! I keep my freezer at zero degrees F so the ice pack isn't as flexable very flexable at first, but i am happy with ylhow long the pack holds the cold.
This item is also a great value when considering other brands.
Had surgery on my neck and was told by therapist to order this cervical cold pack and it works very well. I keep it in the freezer and take it out when needed. Stays cold for about 20 minutes. Very nice and helpful for healing!

Love this for my hip are (I place it in a pillow case then drape over my problem area) do not leave in freeze too long you may ruin it. Follow instructions.
