I have severe arthritis in my hands and the usual hot/cold packs are too heavy. These are the perfect size to cover my knuckles, heat up in seconds, and are lightweight. They hold their heat or cold well beyond the recommended time of 20 min for heating or icing.
I'll keep three in the freezer for cold application and three in the cupboard to heat up as needed.
Very convenient to have multiple. I keep some at my breast pumping station for warming, and some in the freezer for afterwards. (Just make sure to heat slowly so they do not explode in the microwave.) They stay warm decently long, but I wish they stayed cold longer (probably just a function of their small size). I would recommend these to anyone breastfeeding/pumping, especially at the beginning when dealing with soreness.
These actually helped when I dislocated my jaw. I do not know about freezing them, but only heat them for 10 seconds at a time.
For migraines use a warm cloth to cover them and you are good to go.
Really nice ice packs with water bead-like liquid balls inside. Adds a really nice texture. These ice packs fit in the size of an average persons hand which is perfect for those smaller aches and pains (or in my case, prefect for my preschool students). Also there is a really velvety back that my students love to feel while putting it on their boo-boos. I would definitely recommend to all.

Wonderful, no problems. Perfect for large families who sometimes have multiple boo-boos, but lose one from time to time. Love the smoothness on one side, and the gel/plastic on the other. Not suitable for teething babies, but great for those little boo-boos kids get.
Great size and its versatile. It can be hot or cold. I used these when my eyes were black & blue due to surgery. I love these!

would like just a hair bigger but fit ok into my mastectomy binding. just kept changing out as they warmed up
