Purchased this for my husband who was wearing a different style( only across the shoulders no belt at the waist) of posture corrector at work. That was relieving his pain, however, it was giving him a friction burn on the inside of his arm. This style of posture corrector is much more comfortable for him as well as being effective in keeping his shoulders back and relieving his pain. Read the fitting guide closely. My husband is 5’7” and approximately 170 pounds, by no means a large man, and he required a size large in this style of posture corrector! Be sure to take your measurements and order according to the chart!
Sturdy, functions as promised. I started using the posture corrector for about 45 minutes a day, and have increased the number of minutes every week. I find that I am standing more upright without needing to remind myself
This posture corrector has actually improved my posture. I’ve been having a lot struggles with my lower back but using this has tremendously changed my personal life. It may not be comfortable but its because your back is adujusting. But it is pretty comfortable after your back adjusts.
I work at a desk all day so of course I slump forward with my shoulders. The first time I put on the posture corrector I noticed an immediate difference and just how bad my posture is. I don't know if I've ever stood up that straight in my life! Definitely works!

It's comfort to wear on. Works nicely. I should have ordered the Small size tho, I'm 155cm and the M size is a little bit loose for me.
The first day I wore it I felt my shoulders and back were sore. After using 3 days, I saw changes for my shoulders without wearing it. I really hope it can help me to adjust my posture.
