I've been taking this particular brand of pine pollen for about a week now. First thing in the morning. It has a nice gradual affect. The taste is fine, nothing remarkable, tastes like you drank a bunch of lumber lol but that's fine with me. Good product even better standards.
Best price I could find have tried others and this appears to be a great product. Took a Tablespoon with water and let it dissolve under my tongue. Felt it from the 1st dose in about 15 minutes. Sweet taste will purchase it again!

This seems to have androgenic benefits. I take 1-2 teaspoons a day straight up and wash it down with water. I personally like the taste. It tastes very fresh.
