I bought this for my muscle and bone ache due to Fibromyalgia. It really does help! It may be different for everyone, but I have definitely felt relief of that deep pain. The mat is quite long, I am 5'4 and I can lay on the mat from my shoulders to my ankles hitting all of the heating area. Its very easy to set up and use as well as tuck away (after it has cooled). It comes with a duffle-type bag for easy carrying, but I just fold it in half and slide it under my bed! Temperature gauge uses Celsius, in which I find 48 degrees C (about 118F) to be pretty comfortable if you aren't looking for a shot of high heat. Its not the most comfortable thing to lay on, but the heat relief makes up for it. I have been laying on my sides to hit my torso, thighs and legs and I have laid stomach down on it as well. I do get warm very easily so keeping a fan blowing on myself while using this mat really helps reap the benefits!
We bought this for some back pain and really love the effect it has, in general, for all sorts of aches. We only had our first unit a few months and had an issue with the controller. The customer service was excellent, prompt and no questions asked replaced the pad with an upgraded version. The controller is durable and all the wires are strong and substantial, unlike other types we have used where the wires or connections are thin and break easily. The controller is also very easy to use.
This is much cheaper than nuga best, but it's basically doing exactly same thing😎

Item shipped fast and works fantastic! I have chronic back pain and cannot sleep without heat. I purchased this pad due to another an old one crinkling up and causing burn marks on my skin. This one does neither! I Highly recommend this to people.not to mention this is the perfect size too!
