This is my third walker!!! My first one from Amazon was just a year ago. It was ok. I bought for its inexpensive price to go on a cruise. It was ok. But between the valet parking and my cabin, a porter broke the brake handle. I purchased a 2nd walker last week opting for a more expensive style that folded up better than the first one. (I had to use a bungee cord to keep the first one from flopping open when not in use and it was a MISERABLE piece to get into the trunk of my car!!!) #2 arrived and not even completing the assembly out of the box I came to realize that it did NOT 'fold up' as described!!!!! FAR FROM IT!!! And then I realized the manufacturer had no customer service whatsoever. That was an Elenker product. I didn't even attempt to complete the assembly of #2 and put it back in the box to return to Amazon...and YOU have to pay for the return shipping!!! I went to work to find #3 and found it in THIS walker! ONLY 'assembly' is popping the front wheels into the holes. THAT'S IT. And it truly does fold up to a neat compact size at the push of 2 buttons!!!!!!!!!!! It stands up by itself in the 'folded' mode ready to use in 2 seconds, out of the way, like while visiting a friend's. And don't order a cup holder like I did...it comes with a cup holder! I upgraded on #2 and #3 on the price but for the price, THIS walker is WONDERFUL. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! What the manufacturer states is truthful and what you get, unlike #2! OasisSpace thinks of details like an attached 'band' to make sure it doesn't fall open when moving it to the trunk of your car so you don't need to get a bungee cord like #1! IT'S JUST A GREAT PRODUCT. (Somebody should pay me to write this glowing review!!!!!! LOL) I sure wish I had known all this BEFORE having to buy a third one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have bought for my patients to use. Much preferred to traditional 4-wheeled walkers with seats. Stronger, but much lighter. Larger wheels, causing brakes to work much better. Folds up much smaller than previous models. Well worth the cost. Highly recommended
Excellent design, very heavy duty. The large footprint makes it a bit fussy navigating in tight quarters. Far better on outdoor terrain than most other walkers. Probably the best one on the market for clamping the wheels and sitting. The convenience pocket for a cane is a nice touch. The 'cargo bay' is big enough for casual shopping, and for careful users a week's supplies could be moved roiling around the supermarket.
All it lacks are cup holders, WiFi, rear view mirrors, pistol holster, horn and touch screen . A little humor there...
I have had the rollator for approximately 3 weeks. It's wonderful! I have significant balance issues. I was afraid I would fall with every step. The rollator gives me a sense of safety and stability. I have been able to go shopping for the first time in about a year. "What a sense of freedom!." The rollator is stylish and I have received several compliments from co-workers. It is easy to fold and easy to open. I would definitely recommend this product. The only issue I have is the carry bag. I was caught in a thunder storm. I thought the bag was lined and waterproof, wrong, the bag is mesh and everything got wet. I bought a waterproof bag at an inexpensive price. Problem solved.
UPDATE MARCH 2019: Changed review score from 4 stars to 5 stars. Manufacturer sent a replacement walker right after contact. I now will have a fully functional walker for next trip. YAY! Great Customer Service!
(Suggestions for Users: There are two small caps on the end of the seat - facing you as you use the walker - that are VERY IMPORTANT! Please take a small piece of tape and make sure each cap is secure. This way your seat rods will not keep slipping or falling out. Also with very rough terrain - like cobblestone - periodically check the small red knobs which release the side arms - you do not want them to fall off. After much searching, I have purchased a carrying bag - 90 L duffle bag from Ozark Trail to place my walker in when going into airline bin or if they Gate check it. No more missing parts!!)
Bought this walker to help with travel to Rome and Paris. I was able to go farther with this walker than with my walking sticks. When I was tired, I could sit down. This walker has a place to store my walking sticks or your cane. I found I rarely used the walking sticks as the walker was so easy to use.
The walker folds up small enough to go in overhead bin on airline. Can tuck away, quickly, in back of taxi.
I was able to navigate over the rough cobblestones of Rome which tend not to have cement between them. This walker easily rolled over the rough ground of the Coliseum yet was compact enough to go into the elevator at the Eiffel Tower. I did not have problems navigating different surfaces. I found that I could use this when getting on the airplane by pulling up on the seat and reducing the width. This way I did not have to hang on everyone's seat or use a wheelchair to find my seat.
I would have given it 5 stars, but the way the seat attaches is a problem. The wire holding one side of the seat fell off in airplane during flight and now seat is not usable. I plan to contact manufacturer for replacement part. (See March 2019 UPDATE)

Love the sturdiness of this walker. Bought it for my father and he is a big man. The only thing is it is a little short for him and he is only 5’10”, wish it would have gone up a little higher. Overall he is very happy with it and it is very convenient to fold and put in the car.

I have my wife with EM and suffer from chronic fatigue, with this walker she can rest wherever she wants without having to look for a chair.
I only have three points that should be corrected:
1) It is very difficult to open the walker, you must do some strength to open it to the sides and I already hit my finger twice
2) the front bag when the walker folds tends to take out the chair, I already lost a stop that secures the chair.
3) At first my wife forgot to put the brake on and Slipped twice when sitting, I think that this walker should work like the airport luggage carts that has to press a lever so that it can move and release it puts the brake alone, thus preventing the person from forgetting to put the brake.
The rest is very good product, fits in any car trunk, highly recommended ... now she is free, walks anywhere without having to help 👍
Very happy with all dimensions of this rollator. Love the easy to fold and the light weight. Easy to get in and out of the back of my Rav 4, still leaving room for other items to be placed. Cup holder and cane holder also very handy. Ease of assembly and not having to use any tools also very appreciated.
Best Walker ive had easy to make compact ,and it fits better in the back of my car without hitting the window when i stop the car. Only thing is i cant figure out what the little velcro loop is for in the front in the backrest. I love it so much. I live in an apartmrnt, its even easier to take up and down stairs.
Update: first day out i lost ine of the plugs for ghe seat. The plug that is res at the end. Seat is sliding off when folded. Not great since ive had it one day. Where can i find replacement plug please please i need to keep the seat in place.
