For 30 plus years I’ve needed ice/heat packs for a knee, shoulder and neck/back. After having tried packs of various sizes and gels, I have found the Cureve large the best of ten or so I previously owned. It excels over the others in size and performance. The size large affects my entire knee joint and the soft flexibility of the ice cold gel conforms to help it stay put. I purchase a cold pack two weeks ago and I liked it so much I purchased a second one so I would always have a cold pack. The case that holds the pack is very well designed. One side allows for immediate contact to the ice pack while the other side provides a buffer from the ice pack.

I bought this for a second time because I left the first one in an Airbnb freezer without using it once. The second one I actually used but have gotten around 4 months of use before it started leaking gel. Liked the size and enjoyed the project until it started leaking gel so early. The customer service replaced the produce very quickly and the warranty covered it. Great customer service.
Got this for my husband after knee surgery. So much better than what the hospital sent him home with. Like the 3 cold sections instead of 2 because it is has more coverage and is very easy to place on his knee. We don’t use the cover that came with. We just use a towel.
Gel Pac works great, but is a bit bigger than I expected. I purchased it for a bad knee, and it covers the knee, part of the calf and part of the thigh, cooling a bit more of the leg than I expected. I'm sure it will work fine for other parts of the body.
Like so many other people I need a cold pack for my back. Some are too long, some are too short. Most do not have straps to hold the pack on. This one is the best I found. I am told that a cold-only vs. hot/cold is better, and I do have a smaller no-strap cold-only, but this product works find cold (and is flexible when frozen). Great customer service too.
I have to say, from the onset I was pleased with this product. I truly appreciate design and attention to detail and you can see with this product, no corners were cut with either of those. From the box in which it arrived down to the product itself, it was a good looking thing.
Of course, the truth lies in the actual use and yet again I was pleased beyond my expectations.
